I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Do not spend your time or money here. They will sell you car that seems to be in good shape then a day later the car will have all kinda of problems. The car we bought the motor went out a week later. The business alone is very unprofessional. I would recommend not stopping at this place looking for a reliable car.

My family was looking for a Ford F250 diesel truck to haul our family home (5th wheel RV). We were stopping by Town & Country Ford on our way home to the Cincinnati area and found that they were open late on a Saturday evening as well as being open on Sunday. This was important because we had not experienced any local dealers that had the great hours of service that we experienced at Town & Country Ford in Louisville KY. Our sales associate, Mr. David Reed, is the true definition of customer service and professionalism. He was dressed appropriately and was gracious when greeting my wife and I. We expressed to Mr. Reed what our needs were and he showed us the vehicle that were on his lot that may meet our needs. When we finished looking and test driving the vehicles on the lot, Mr. Reed sat down with us to review our wants and needs. We advised that we would be going through Louisville again later in the week and he promised that he would do his best to locate the exact truck that we were looking for. Mr. Reed was successful above and beyond our expectation. After purchasing the truck, we needed to come back to have a bed liner and safe installed as previously requested. During this time, Mr. Reed ensured that my wife had a loaner vehicle for the day and that all of her needs were met. Thank you Town & Country Ford, and especially, Thank you Mr. David Reed.

I arrived and they took my ID, insurance card, and keys. I came to buy a particular car and had a quoted price. The internet lacked details so when I arrived the car wasn’t exactly what I wanted so decided on another and said I would be glad to pay the extra between the 2 MSRP. They decided to start the negotiation all over again. Main reason is because they said they mislabeled the car blaming it on one of their employees. They then continued to introduce 3 different cars acting as if they were what I wanted but they weren’t after closer examination. Be very careful and read the small print they are not their to protect you and lack the honesty to just say they made a mistake finally gave up after 3 hrs by giving me my car keys back. Not a good experience but not unexpected everyone I talked to said they sell cars like a timeshare company.

Mike george is the man will do whatever to get the car you want and to make the experiance great ive bought from here before and had good experiances but working with mike set the bar higher i dont think anyone is as good a salesman as him

I would like to give a shout out to Derrick Spratt!!! Although he is not a salesman at Hays, he took the salesman approach & really helped me out!!! Derrick put me in the car that I have always wanted!!! When everyone else said No, he said yes & went more then above & beyond to get me what I wanted!!! I could never be more appreciative!!! Thanks Derrick & thanks Hays Automotive for everything!!! And yes it was a lonnnngggg 3 days but we did it!!! Thanks to you all!!!!!

Took 6 hours to purchase a 2011 Ford F-150 after sales woman promising that it wouldn't take too long. Sold us a truck with a crack in the windshield (test drove in the rain), Unknowingly, signed us up for a 3rd party company to take payments for the truck (being charged bank overdraft fees & 3rd party over draft fees, even after cancelling the 3rd party service. Bank, dealership, nor 3rd party wants to take ownership for this. Our payments are being made to the actual bank that financed the truck, received a call from dealership stating that the truck originally had North Carolina tags & it would need to be inspected by the sheriff to transfer title to KY. Dealership took 2 days to fix issues that prevented truck from passing KY inspection (cracked windshield). Received another call from dealership stating the KY inspection was NOT done while truck was at dealership & that we would need to bring the truck back up there for inspection, took truck BACK up there & waited hours for inspection to be done, 2 weeks later our original temporary tags expired (called to report this and was told by the dealership that it was OK to just keep original paperwork in the glove-box to show the cops when pulled over. The idea is NOT be pulled over by the cops). Went to dealership to get this straightened out to be told by dealership they would have to issue us another temporary tag due to them not having a Power of Attorney paperwork signed by original owners and that was the reason for not having our Kentucky tags as of yet (I asked what would happen if they could not reach the original owners since they have several failed attempts already, I was told NOT to worry. NOT to worry? I'm paying on a truck that is NOT legally mine!) Our 2nd temporary tags will expire in 2 days, Still waiting on our KY tags & still no help with the over drafts fees. I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worse enemy as we are STILL dealing with this nightmare & praying for a positive end result!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! WENT THERE IN MARCH, GOT A CAR THAT I WAS TOLD WAS VERY DEPENDABLE. WELL THE NEXT MORNING IT WOULDNT. THE SALES PERSON DON DID COME AND PUT A NEW ONE IN. I KEPT TELLING HIM THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS CAR. HE WOULDN'T TAKE IT BACK. THEN HE SAID TAKE IT TO THEIR SHOP TO BE LOOKED AT, WELL I ASKED FOR A CAR IN RETURN. I JUST GOT THIS CAR AND HAVE ONLY ONE VECHILE!! SO HE SAID HE WOULD CONTACT ME WHEN HE COULD DO THAT. WELL IN THE MEAN TIME THE CAR BROKE DOWN, AXILE BROKE ALOMST CAUSING A WRECK. THEY ONLY FIXED THAT, THE BRAKES WERE BAD, TIRES, MAKING ALL SOUNDS OF SOUNDS. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYMORE AND WOULDN'T TAKE THE LEMON BACK!! MIGHT I ADD THIS CAR HAS BROKEN DOWN THREE TIMES AFTER THAT, AND I WENT TO GET BRAKES THAT COST ALMOST 700. THE BRAKE LINES WERE BROKEN, AND ALL NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED!!! DON NOT GO THERE EVER!!!
