We Found them on Google when looking for a new office phone system to replace our old Nortel.. The Quote was very good, and t he Service from Jeff Mattingly was beyond great. Any issue we have had they take care of it, and they trained our guy on how to add extensions and voicemail. Highly recommend!

Discernity
Discernity doesn't have server access and apparently has no control over the company that does. Took over four hours and all they can say is "ticket is still open and hasn't been looked at". I asked if there is anything they can do to check on the status and they said they couldn't. All I wanted to do was get my Xbox online. Takes most Internet companies 30 seconds while your on the phone with them but Discernity can't do it in 5 hours. Very disappointed!

We used ISET to install a new Nec phone system and all new cabling. We got several quotes and ISET's value was way better than everyone else. They started a week later and it was done very fast. I highly recommend you use these guys!

Wow, what a great service. I had a tight deadline that was given to me on the same day. There was no way I would have finished it on time. Luckily, I ran accross the listing for Yellow Ruthe and they were able to assess my needs and complete my order within one hour! I highly recommend this service if, especially if you are short on time.

this business desevers a star rating of " - 5 " they do not stand behind what they tell you. My internet services almost tripled in cost when I dropped my phone service altho I specifically asked if the cost would be affected and I was specifically told it would not. Watch out if you do business with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their customer service/tech service is awful. The tech's make up lies about your TV so they can upgrade to another package. The don't check the wiring at your place to make sure it is working. The service techs are just LAZY. They say they are coming on a certain day & then mysteriously your appointment gets cancelled. You have stayed home for no reason (in my case 3 days of work). The supervisors in the customer service are just incompetent as the reps. They have no idea what anyone is doing or saying. All you get for your trouble is " Thank you for choosing insight. we value your business" Ha, that's a joke. The problem is they have a monopoly in the area. They suck! Too bad they don't have negative stars.
