Days Inn Louisville Airport Fair and Expo Center
I came here with my boyfriend to visit some friends in louisville and we had a great time. I knew it wouldnt be a grand hotel obviously because its a days inn but it was definitely a good upgrade to other days inns ive been to. We got the couples room or whatever its called and it comes with a jacuzzi tub! Its kind of different because its right there in the room but it made the whole weekend more romantic. The bed was queen size instead of a king but it makes sense because the jacuzzi is in the room. I spoke with the manger and he told me they recently upgraded all the rooms in the second building just last year. Overall it was a great stay for a great price. I was kind of taken aback by the other comments on this site. People seem to be giving bad reviews to this hotel because of things like no waffles or certain channels not being available but if you rate it on the room and service i would say it was decent for the price. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Super 8 Louisville Airport
After reviewing the rating of other hotel/motels in this area we opted on this Super 8. We were 100% satisfied with all aspects of this property. Location, ease of locating it, cleanliness of the outside property, cleanliness and neatness of the lobby. The front desk staff greeted us with friendliness and professionalism. Our rooms were excellent. We were impressed with the wood floors (not dirty stained carpet). All the staff we interacted with were very courteous and professional. The continental breakfast was very good. Upon checking out I handed a list of three items that needed attention a burned out light fixture in the hallway, loose sink fixture bathroom door would not latch tightly and tub drain flowed very slow. No big maintenance deal, If you don't provide this information to the business, How can they repair the trouble. Be sure to nicely leave lists of things you notice needing attention.

Econo Lodge Downtown
I was very impressed with this hotel, I didn't have my hopes high as this was the first Econolodge I'd stayed at, but it's a very clean property, nice rooms, they have been upgraded, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I walked around a few times at night, and seems like a pretty safe neighborhood. Close to the River Front, Whisky Row and 4th Street Entertainment. Parking does cost $5 per night, but they do have a Security Guard on at night who walks the lot and keeps an eye on the cars. They do have a Gym, pretty nice equipment, just wish they had a Laundry Facility on premises as well, but they don't, it's a couple miles down the road. Breakfast is okay, Juice, Cold Cereal, Oat Meal and breads. I would highly recommend giving them a try if going to Louisville.

German American Club
This site lists that the club accepts Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately that is not the case. It is a cash only business, but the good news is that there are ATMS located VERY close by. There are 2 banks as well as an ATM directly up the street at the Speedway. But trust me, it's worth the small inconvenience to enjoy their delicious home made food and refreshing German beers & wine, all while listening to the great German music and of course you HAVE to join in when the dancing gets going, after all who could just sit & not participate to the duck/chicken dance! Be sure to check there website for the their next Biergarten.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Louisville
Will Stay Again!!Excellent La Quinta Inn & Suites located East Louisville.. There are many hotels in this region and this one of the best hotel in the area. The check in was quick, professional and accurate. The room was clean and the mattress on the bed firm and excellent. Internet service was very good. The towels in the bath along with the amenities were first class. Breakfast in the dining room was complimentary and very good. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and gave us plenty of tips about what to see and where to dine.. This was a most pleasant stay at a very nice La Quinta Inn & Suites.

Super 8 Louisville Airport
Having arrived after a 37 hour journey with 4 students late at night. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Aircon in the room is very useful. Breakfast room can get busy but food is plentiful and varied. Making our own waffles is fun! I will add that the hotel staff were always friendly, polite and cheerful. We had a minor crisis during our stay and the managements response and support was outstanding. Finally the wifi at the Hotel was fast, free and reliable. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to the team on a budget.

Econo Lodge Downtown
I was very pleased with my stay here over the weekend to watch the NCAA tournament at the Yum Center. It was a short walk and the Econo Lodge was about half the price of nearby chain hotels, sometimes less than half. The staff was friendly, parking was a reasonable $5 a day, and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The rooms have been recently renovated and are above the standard of most budget hotels. Overall I would choose to return to this hotel and anticipate doing so if I'm in Louisville overnight.

Econo Lodge Downtown
Can't beat what this place has to offer - Pete Patel and his team are doing well here - friendly and helpful checking inYou cannot beat where this is - right in the middle of downtown, between Slugger Field, Fourth Street Live, and all sorts of restaurants and so on. Is it five star? No! But it is comfortable, clean, and well located. This was my first trip to Louisville and quite an enjoyable one - I'll be back for sure, and this will definitely be on the short list for where to stay the next time.

Value Place
I am a travel nurse and my company booked aan extended stay motel for me that was unacceptable to stay in, we didn't know what to do since it was 5 oclock on a Saturday afternoon. I told them I would try to find something, I found the Value Place on Ky. Mills road, it was beautiful and the staff was so friendly, the general manger was exceptionally good to me. It is so clean and secure, I felt blessed to have found it, it was truly a diamond in the rough. Thank You David Jenkins and staff.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown
We would absolutely love to stay here again. Location is great, just across the street from Fourth Street Live. CVS and Brendon's Catch 23 restaurant are both right next door, no need to even go outside. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Free wi-fi for Hilton HHonors members (it's free, just sign up). DO NOT miss out on the complimentary breakfast. It's good, hearty, real food, way better than any other hotel complimentary breakfast I've ever had. Evening free drinks are awesome too!

Just a moment...
