K & L Home Improvements
I had them put a fence up around a new home. I feel like the work is shoddy for what I paid ($4300 for 290'). Dunno competition prices. I have gates that don't close correctly or not squared with the rest of the board runners, only lock on one side so I couldn't open/close them properly, There are a few warped boards around the fence, not a lot, but enough to irritate me :) I had one board held on by a single nail that allowed my dog to escape (I have caught him since). Several other boards have nails sticking out that I've yet to take a dremel tool to smooth over. Work took a few days longer than expected. Not a single board went through a planar machine though I don't know if this is to be expected. However, not quite sure how to sand a fence after it's put up before painting. Overall, I have a fence. I've painted it. I have A LOT of other remodeling to do, but I won't choose this group. I'd give a 3 "about what expected" but didn't know what to expect.

On average, it costs $25-$50 per square foot for basement refinishing. Those numbers can climb as high as $100 per square foot depending on materials and labor. On average, most basement refinishing costs around $30,000. Before getting estimates, it’s a good idea to know your square footage and work out a per-square-foot budget so you know what you can afford.
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association recommends having your ducts cleaned every three to five years. While there are variables for all homes, such as number of residents, air quality and pets, every two years is considered adequate maintenance of your ducts.
If you are looking for straight return-on-investment value, the best home improvement project is insulation. That might may seem surprising, but valuable energy efficiency makes it the top home improvement project.
