Heustis Service Center
I've been to Heustis 3-4 times for oil changes and recently had new brakes put on the front. I originally took my car to Toyota for a recall issue and they did a "diagnostic" test while I was there. I was told I needed new brakes and they could take care of that while I was there for right under $800. I turned them down and went to Heustis for an oil change and asked them to check my brakes. I was told I would need new front brakes in about 3,000 miles and new brakes in the back in about 6,000 miles. My brakes did fine and when Heustis put my new brakes on, it cost less than Toyota was going to charge (of course). I have a good feeling about these folks and feel like they are honest and upfront. I would highly recommend this auto mechanic shop.

Goodyear Auto Service Center
We are from Indianapolis and were our way to Florida for a family vacation. Just before we hit Louisville our battery light came on in our 2014 Caravan. This was the closest Goodyear. We made it to the shop around 7 a.m. and waited until it opened. The manager and techs were great! They asked if we were traveling and they put us in front of the line so we could get on our way. Our alternator and battery needed replaced. They got us in and out on our way in a few short hours. Great customer service! Thank you so much for turning the begging of our vacation around!

It was so easy to get an appointment that suited my schedule, and my wait was shorter than estimated. My car's first dent has disappeared! This should be everyone's first stop for help.

COLLEGE STUDENTS BEWARE:This is the type of mechanic that will profit off of your lack of technical car knowledge. They gouge prices and trick you into paying more than you need to. They act as if they're a "student friendly" mechanic because they offer rides to and from the shop, but they prey on college students who don't know much about their cars.

Tips & Advices
Employers must conduct all required training in a language and vocabulary that workers can understand. Training must demonstrate the hazards of operating certain machinery, like stone cutters and splitters, as well as how to use them appropriately. It's important to verify that your landscape contractor has taken the necessary steps to fully train its personnel and that the appropriate safety precautions are in place.
Check the specific regulations for your area, and verify that your contractor has the necessary licenses. These may include a state contractor's license, pesticide license, CDL driver's license and license to sell and purchase nursery stock.
Landscape work is not cheap, so it's in your best interest to make sure that it's done to your requirements and that you get the best contractor to do the job. Homeowners should know how much they'll need to pay for the contractor's service as well as how they will be billed for this work. Ask about any design fees, if quoted prices are fixed or estimates, and what the payment process will be. Clarifying these items in the beginning will prevent any surprise expenses.
Yes. Homeowners should require that the contractor submit certificates verifying compliance with safety, insurance, workers' compensation and drug and alcohol testing programs. This will give you peace of mind that the contractor has gone through all the steps under industry regulations.
Yes. Every good contractor should have a list of recently completed jobs that you can see in their portfolio. They should also have a list of references that you can contact, or properties that you can see in person.
