Los Angeles Towing
These guys really deserve some praise! I've been trying to sell my 1972 Rolls Royce for over a year and a half now, and kept it in my downstairs garage the whole time. When I finally found a buyer who was very interested in buying I needed to drive the car to his location to show it to them. But the car wouldn't turn on! I really needed to get this car fixed up pronto - so I called Dina's Los Angeles Towing because I had used them before several months ago. These guys arrived to my garage, but it seemed like the tow truck was unable to get through the low garage door. Despite that, he somehow managed to carefuly get his truck in, and also, in a very VERY crowded garage, slowly pull my Rolls out. It took a good chunk of 30 minutes just to get it out, but boy was I impressed with the driver, Edie, and his patience, and skill at getting that car out. We took it down to the car repair shop not too far, and while we rode together the guy was real pleasant to talk to. We had a few laughs over the incident, but he was at all times very professional about the job. The price wasn't too bad either, a few miles from my home, and I got a great deal! I made more than I needed to when I sold the car a few days later! Thanks for all the help!

Los Angeles Towing Services
Im writing you now a story from around 7 months ago.I met these guys randomly through a friend from college and they just handed me their business card just in case if I need help with my car someday! Wow how ironic it is, the same night I got stuck on 101 in the middle of nowhere between Calabasas and Thousand Oaks thanks to my 12-year old Ford! I had nothing to do but counting down the minutes since I had no intention of getting out of the car at 2:30am in the morning! (Try driving at 2:30 in the morning on 101, you'll understand what I mean). Well, 17 minute wait is pretty unbeatable compare to the chances you'll get abandoned for hours I guess :) It was 3:40 AM when I got home and had my car in the garage safely. That's called a service! I felt like it's my obligation to write a review for you guys, thank you so much

Tips & Advices
Yes, most roadside assistance coverage plans offer towing services. There might be certain restrictions, however. For example, the plan may only cover towing services for a certain number of miles. Drivers should check with their providers for details.
Which cars are covered depends on the roadside assistance provider. AAA services are available to members and not specific to any vehicle. As long as members pays their dues and have their membership card on hand, they can use AAA for someone else's car. Generally, auto insurance plans cover the car itself, not the driver, so people can't use their roadside assistance for another. However, details vary between providers, plans and local laws. Drivers should consult with their insurance providers to see whose cars are covered.
Roadside assistance coverage varies depending on the provider. However, they generally include:
  • Tire change
  • Battery jump start
  • Towing services
  • Locksmith service
  • Minimal mechanical labor
  • Delivery of oil, fuel, batteries or other parts
If a driver has a flat tire and no spare, roadside assistance services can deliver a new one. However, these services will not pay for the cost of the tire. That will be the driver's responsibility. Based on the location, some will tow a car to a tire dealer.
Most roadside assistance plans offer gas delivery and service. However, clients are generally responsible for the cost of the gas.
