YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Nice atmosphere. Good for a date or get together with friends. Space is tight. Food is average and expensive. $17 for a pizza. Quite a selection of wine but they were not that good. I probably will not be back. Lots of other places to go for drinks and food.

Umami Burger serves the best burger in LA, hands down! The truffle burger is my absolute favorite and their ketchup is homemade! My waitress, Nicole, rocked! The service was amazing and the food was delicious!

Every time I go into K&L I talk to a different rep who listens to my tastes and gives me different recommendation. And, somehow, every time, I end up getting something that is 90%-100% what i was looking for. I have no idea how that many employees at a shop can all have such great knowledge of the inventory - and how one store can have such great inventory!

My husband and I have been shopping at Wally's for years. They have such amazing selection of wine. From resonably priced everyday wines to rare and hard to find cult wines. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, I usually go with the staff's recommendations for gifts and dinner parties; now my friends think that I really know wine. I try to stop by on Saturdays so I can taste while I shop.;) \r \r Wally's has the great wine events too. For the last several years we've been attending their Central Coast, UGC and Champagne tasting events. Sometimes it gets overwhelming since it's nearly impossible to try all of the wines that are being poured and taste the food. I only wish the events were a bit longer. \r \r They recently expanded their cheese selection and it now has it's own store right across the parking lot. It's foodie heaven! My new favorite store is the Cheese Box. Yum.

I'd come here a lot more frequently if the parking situation was a little easier. They have some great baked goods (ie Cake Monkey) and some really tasty sandwiches. The "store" section is fully loaded with wine, cheeses and other gourmet goodies. A good stop for anyone hosting a dinner party

I had a gift emergency. I needed to make a big splash with no advance notice. I called Fancifull Gift Baskets not knowing what I wanted to send, just knowing it had to arrive today, be very, very nice and make a great impression. The person who answered the phone helped me decide what to give and saw to it that it arrived that day during business hours.\r \r I got the best phone call! The birthday man was completely blown away! He was sharing the goodies with his staff and bringing the flowers home to his wife. His mom was at the office and she was so excited. She told him, ""We have the best clients!"" They were both deeply touched and he said over and over again, ""You shouldn't have! Thank you so very, very much!""\r \r It felt so good to be able to make wonderful people so happy. It really made my day!

30.Los Angeles Wine Co
4935 Mcconnell Ave Ste 8
For about ten years, I've shopped occasionally at the Los Angeles Wine Company(LAWC). I support local businesses out of convenience and out of a sense of loyalty. \r LAWC has a good selection of hard to find California vineyards and the great Bordeaux and Burgundies. My niche is reds - $10-$30. I've found some memorable wines at LAWC but, I've never felt loyal. In my sphere (Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, there are a number of good wine stores. I shop around.\r This weekend exemplifies the reason that I feel no loyalty - excreble service. Living in L.A., I'm no stranger to attitude. These people are beyond attititude. \r Sure, it was 5:45 on a Saturday evening, I stopped-in on the way home to grab a half dozen bottles of wine to sample as candidates for our 'holiday wine'. As I made my way into the store, I heard someone say ""last call for alcohol"". 5:47pm - better hurry but, I have time.\r Every holiday season, I try to find a good, solid red that will compliment turkey, etc. and provide a fitting companion to the usual cheeses etc. The 6 weekends before Christmas are a delightful time, trying wines and patting myself on the back for finding the $15 bottle that drinks like $40.00. It's my prerogative, my money, my time.\r I had picked up a couple of bottles of $9.99 Avalon Cab which I thought was decent, and as I was about to add a bottle of Macon to my take, I heard someone just behind me say: ""Is that going to be all? I looked at the guy, and I started towards the crate as he says: ""We're about to call an end to this ballgame"". \r Instead, I recoiled and headed towards the door, intending to buy the two bottles of Cabernet when I realized ""wait a minute - I'm the customer - it's 5:50 and this guy is shooing my out of his store while I'm trying to spend another $120."" As I suffer no fools - gladly or otherwise, I placed the two bottles on a handy crate, left the store and spent my money at his competitor at the other end of the lot.
