Chase Bank
For A Billion Dollar Company, They Can Afford Much Better Service!Back on Wednesday, August 4, 2016 at approximately 5:30 p.m., I went inside of the Chase Branch located at: 3183 Wilshire Boulevard Suite #199, Los Angeles, California 90005 (213) 249-9862 to make a deposit.Sadly, that Never Happened because the line was like a zoo with so many animals.It was so crowded that I would have had to wait for almost one full hour to get served.There is simply No Excuse For It, whatsoever!They Can Afford To Hire More Tellers to take care of the What I Call It, "Customer Population".I did complain about it and of course, Nothing Was Done about it!In my pictures, amongst all of the others that have been taken by various customers, please find examples of exactly what kind of Service They Operate.I am more than sure that Chase Bank can do much better than that!I was so angry because of the line up and horrible service that I just left the bank and we will leave it like that.

Wells Fargo Bank
I remember opening my first bank account in this branch over 24 years ago. I am not surprised they are still in the same location. The employees have changed over the years but their service gets better and better. Their location is in the busy and crowded residential and business areas but they have their own parking and attendant as well. We've consulted with their investment as regular banking professionals. They've all been very good in what they do. Although the wait time might sometime take long depending on the time and day of your arrival, they always check on you and make you feel a valuable customer.

I have known Bill for about 4 years now and besides being a great guy, he has always shown the utmost professionalism toward me and my clients. I've never hesitated to recommend him to people I know and ask for his help for myself. He is NOT a cookie cutter kind of Broker. When issues pop up, as they invariable do, he thinks outside the box to get the job done. In fact, I would venture to say that if he can't make it happen, then it can't be done. And if he has to call in other resources to assist in making it happen, he knows just who to call. The client is always his number one concern.

Mortgage Capital got our loan approved but not after a lot of work on their part unfortunately, we really made them work for this one lol. Even though it took longer than anyone really wanted, they helped mentor us on financingmentors.com which we we're really grateful for. Once we had checked off all our approval requirements, we actually qualified as promised. Just moved into our new home a few weeks ago and are happier than ever. Big thanks go out to Kim for all the hard work she did as our mentor to get us approved!

TFC Title Loans
I came when I was in dire need of a Loan and TFC saved the day!! My house got flooded and I needed to pay upfront to get some of the services done to fix, but didn't have all the cash. My job was going to pay me in 2 weeks but I needed money NOW. I called TFC, figured out how much my car qualified for and got funded the same day. For a Car Title Loan the interest rate was very fair, they also give you a long time to pay back the loan. TFC helped me take care of my house when nobody else could, thanks!

I can't thank Think Mortgage enough! My loan was about to adjust and I was losing hope after being denied by 3 other lenders. I thought I would going to have to sell my property since there was no way I was going to be able to afford the new payment but thanks to the help of Mike and his team, I am now on a new, affordable fixed rate. Best part, I get to keep my home!

My accountant told me to contact Bill. He asked me some questions and then told me exactly what to do. He said that if I had any difficulty to let him know as he had a back-up lender. I didn't have any problems and ended up getting a far bigger line of credit than what I had requested at a rate I could not possibly beat.

Eh, have had a free checking here for 15 years. Never really been happy with ub but stayed with them. Had problems and misinformation from customer service reps. It's on the mail road in Atwater Village, so location is good.

The location is convenient, but the staff isn't as personable as some of the other banks in the area. It just got re modelled, but just seems like a waste of money, it went more automated, while Citibank went more personal.
