Vermont Medical Clinic
Woke up feeling awful the other day, looked on yelp for an urgent care and found this one. I made an appointment that morning and was able to go in the same day and get treated. All around great service.

The doctor here is very caring and attentive and so is the rest of his staff, it's a big change from all the bigger hospitals that I appreciate.

L A Eye Center & Clinic
This is a HORRIBLE place. It's totally bait and switch. I went there because they advertised contact lens exam for $89. They had me sign a paper that said I MIGHT have possible additional charges. The lady at the front desk said I would have to have a follow up exam. I've never had to have a follow up exam in 15 years of wearing contact lenses. It's just a scam to get more money. When I saw the doctor I told her I didn't want a follow up exam. She got very angry at that. Then when the exam was done and I went to pay $89, low and behold they were charging me $145! I told them that I brought $89 and I don't have anymore than that. They shoved that paper at me I signed that said I MIGHT have to pay more. The doctor didn't tell me about any extra charges when I was in the exam room. I am close to 60 years old and I don't have much money. I went there because they advertised $89. I didn't get the prescription or contacts from them because I can't afford to pay. Now, they sent me a bill for $135 and I'm afraid they will try to ruin my credit or try to sue me. They are bait and switch and a total rip off. I have gone to Public Counsel to try to get help with this legal matter. Do not use this place.

Vermont Medical Clinic
A friend recommended that I visit urgent care instead of the emergency room when I was really sick with the flu. I have to say, I was able to see the doctor within minutes of walking in, and he was very attentive and helpful.

Dr Arani Medical Center
I would like to give my feedback regarding my experience with Dr. Arani and his staff for my recent visit. He treated me for My HPV that I have been fighting for greater than 6 years. He explained all possible treatment options including free clinic . However, I have had tried those before and wanted his procedure . Everything went very smooth , no pain , no blood no nothing . Center was super clean and they had state of the art equipment that I have never seen and most important of all results were awesome , everything is gone with no more action needed

Kaiser Permanente General Surg
Had a surgery completed there over a week ago. I must say the doctor and all nursing staff was amazing. Treated me very well. I'm giving 1 star for the disability dept. They hands down are the WORST staff ever. Extremely rude and unhelpful. They feel 3 weeks to enter a date online is acceptable. NO! I was then told by another lady " Oh don't count on anything for 45 days" Everything is done online and I had already completed everything. Did not have them do anything. If this was them they would have the medical form completed same day of their surgery. Other Kaiser give a 3-5 day window. I will now be forced to return to work while sutures still in place as I can not wait for this dept another 2 was before submitting my former to EDD. Very sad.

The prices here are some of the best that I've seen at urgent cares across the city. It's never jam packed either, they always get their patients in and out in no time.

Tips & Advices
Dialysis prolongs life by stepping in to handle the vital tasks managed by the kidneys. If they are functioning properly, the kidneys work to moderate your blood pressure and regulate the levels of salt and potassium in your blood. Dialysis artificially cleans the blood so that the body is able to function normally.
Dialysis comes with many side effects. Some patients on dialysis experience low blood pressure that causes abdominal cramps, shortness of breath, muscle cramps, vomiting, and nausea. Dialysis can cause sleep problems, itching, depression, amyloidosis, anemia, and inflammation of the membrane that surrounds your heart. Also, the site where the fistula is inserted can become blocked or infected.
If you are currently receiving dialysis treatments, it is recommended to  increase intake of high-protein foods, such as meat, fish, poultry, and eggs. Dialysis patients are advised to reduce their intake of foods that are high in salt, potassium, and phosphorus. Replace high-potassium fruits, such as oranges, kiwis, honeydews, and nectarines, with low-phosphorus choices like apples, berries, and plums.
There are two primary types of dialysis treatments. Hemodialysis is the most commonly used type of dialysis, and it involves inserting a fistula or a catheter into a vein for the purpose of filtering your blood. With peritoneal dialysis, a catheter is surgically implanted into the stomach region to achieve the same result. Dialysis can be performed at a treatment center or at home. It may be performed during the daytime, or nocturnally while you are asleep.
The cost of dialysis treatments might be partially covered by medical insurance, and coverage will depend on the limits of your policy. If dialysis is covered, prescriptions given by your doctor to support treatment will also be covered. Medicare is health insurance provided by the federal government, and it typically covers 80 percent of dialysis costs.
