Reliant Immediate Care
Well, I had a really bad infection. My right side of my face and neck swelled so badly my ear hurt. The lymph nodes were swollen and pressing on my ear. hurt soo much. My doctor (whom I'm replacing) said on Tuesday: come back in two days. See what happens. I'm like,, what? Here Im paying good money and in pain and have to come back in two days? Well, at 9 pm I was getting feverish and of course nothing except the ER was open. So, I checked around and this place was 24 hours. Hmm. I left at 9 pm and waited a whole 1/2 hour. The doctor was really nice and sweet. She saw I was in pain and she prescribed a penicylyn. I had to go to the 24 hour CVS and I got my medicine. Took it that nite and the next morning. By about 7 pm the next day I was really good. Swelling had gone down. Now tomorrow I have to call my original Dr.? don't think.. maybe. But, I don't think I'll go back to him. So, the point is that Reliant is a good place. They were nice, took my insurance and I had only two people ahead of me.

Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center
I have nothing but praise for this clinic, where I received warm, professional care from Dr. Pejman Samouha. I got bitten by a dog on Christmas Eve, and I was really shaken up when I arrived. Dr. Samouha went above and beyond for me, providing a caring and reassuring presence while he attended to my wounds. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, was extremely thorough, and all around amazing.I received excellent, top-notch care that I would have expected more from a private hospital with an extremely expensive doctor. Instead, I feel really lucky to have him in our community! I'd recommend him and his clinic to anyone if they were ever in need of a physician.

The Urgent Care at Vermont
This is our family's go-to neighborhood Urgent Care spot when we don't want to deal with the hassle of Children's Hospital ER. Dr. Linares is wonderful and great with children. We've gone here for strep throat, small lacerations and "non-emergency" situations where we don't feel okay about waiting to see our pediatrician. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes here to see Dr. Linares. It's so quick and convenient! The facility is clean and the staff is professional.

Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center
As a parent to four kids, I spent more than my fair share at the hospital/emergency room etc. My life has been changed since going to Vermont Urgent Care, no more outrageous waits and the co-pay is affordable.

Sometimes it's actually cheaper for me to come to Vermont Urgent Care than it is to go through my insurance. They have a lot of different services and they really care about their patients.

Was really comfortable here, I felt like the doctor actually wanted to help me instead of just rushing through my appointment to get to the next person.

Tips & Advices
Under most health insurance plans, urgent care visits will require a copay that is usually less expensive than emergency room visits, but more expensive than standard doctor visits - around $120 on average. Urgent care staff do not have much information regarding individual coverage, so be prepared and check with your insurance provider to understand costs.
It is common for urgent care physicians to recommend follow-up treatment after an initial visit. Most commonly, patients will be asked to return to the clinic or their primary care doctor if symptoms get worse or do not improve in a certain amount of time. Patients might be referred to a specialist for treatment of more complex conditions. Or patients may simply be given a few basic tips for recovering at home. In any case, patients should follow the doctor’s advice regarding next treatment steps.
If needed, urgent care doctors can prescribe medication to treat conditions. This may include antibiotics for an infection or pain medication for a broken bone. Be sure to follow the doctor’s instructions for taking these medicines.
Be sure to explain your symptoms to physicians in as much detail as possible. Note when or where the symptoms first appeared if possible. Inform urgent care staff of any medical conditions you may have, all allergies, and all medications you are currently taking. Also be sure to bring proper forms of identification, and any health insurance cards/information to help process your visit.
You should be able to find a 24-hour urgent care clinic by searching online resources such as yellowpages.com. Be sure the location is included in your health plan network before visiting.
