I was unfortunate recently to have a accident in my car which has a Qualitas Policy on it. I wish to bring to your attention the service i have hence received from your Qualitas staff immediately following this incident and in the following processing of my claim. I have been dealing with one of your claims agents in Tijuana, Abel Pech. He has been nothing but professional in his service and processing of my claim, initially explaining the claims process thoroughly so i understood completely, putting me at peace that i was being looked after thoroughly, made me feel like a Qualitas valued customer, always keeping me updated with the claim progression and did all this with a very professional and courteous attitude. Im sure this is Qualitas company policy to deal with customers this way but Abel takes this all to another level, he is a credit to Qualitas and to himself for courtesy and professional attitude. Please take a moment to acknowledge to him my respect and gratitude for his help in a trying moment. If all your employees are this good and this well trained then be proud of your business.

Why could my Husband not be loyal to me, respect me as his wife, love me and only me without breaking our marriage vows? My Husband’s behaviors caused me to think maybe we were not meant to be together. It hurts to the bone when your life partner turns against you, making you sad instead of being your motivator, always engaging you in constant argument and confusion with the kids. The worst is him being unfaithful, seeing other women is like stabbing you in the back. My better half caused me so much pain for over 2years and 4months, we reassembly separated like 6weeks because his continuous reckless behavior became unbearable. I searched for permanent solution to get him back to us both physical and spiritual throughout the entire 6weeks. I was lucky to have Dr. Wakina (dr.wakinalovetemple@gmail.com) handle my case after reading alot of his spell stories. “Can you help me get my Husband back” was the request I made and the rest is history. My marital home is even better since the love spell changed and brought back my Husband. Dr. Wakina made me believe in second chance.

Good morning Mr Abel. My message is to inform you that this Friday the second of December I have been in La Paz with the Qualitas lawyer senor Gualbert Ramirez who pick me up in La Ventana this morning. We have been to the minesterio publico and signed all the papers that have been forgotten to be stamps originally in January when I been with the Qualitas adjuster for my stolen motorcycle Immediately the day after the event. Everything should be back to normal now for your administration paper works, hopefully. Señor Gualberto Ramirez did a wonderful job and a very professional way and I collaborate the best I can agreeing to take of my time with you and restored in the good way the papers who wasn't done correctly at first, despite the fact I wasn't responsible for that mistake.

Another happy Lewis & Lewis customer for 4 years now. I buy "liability only" Mexican insurance from them for both my motorhome and car, because my US insurance (Progressive) is one of the few that continues to cover your vehicles when in Mexico (all except liability). I've never had to use it, but also like that L&L plans come with roadside assistance and medical evac back to the U.S. You can get a price quote & buy the insurance online and it will email you the policy within a matter of minutes, so no need to buy this far in advance of when you cross the border. Our travels last winter were so late in the season (and travels this winter will be so early) that an economical 1-yr policy is covering both trips!

AAA is great for towing service, but I also love their insurance. We thought we were getting cheaper insurance from their competitors, but when we finally checked, we saved hundreds of dollars per year when we switched to AAA. We are both professionals, 2 cars, and we buy a new car every 10 years or so--a used car every 5 or so.Those rare times we are in an accident, they are incredibly professional and high-touch, high-service oriented.When you are in a fender-bender with another insured person, you REALLY want someone to advocate for you. I feel much more at ease knowing that AAA is fighting for me when parties' stories are in conflict.

I've followed three claims from beginning to end handled by Lewis & Lewis. At the end all three customers were satisfied and I am duly impressed with the insurer's aggressive pursuit of resolving snarls of Mexican Red Tape. It is no fun facing the cops alone. To me, I want the hell out of a Police Station as fast as possible and for legal and financial problems to be resolved as fast as humanly possible. My cranky requirements for aggressive performance of my USA Mexico Car insurance agent pretty much narrows the choice to a single company. And for the cynical reader I do not receive remuneration from anyone. Zero, zip, zilch.

I've been a client with Majesty Insurance for the past 5 years (was recommended by family). I have been satisfied with the quote prices and special discounts that most insurance agencies have not measured up to. All of the staff is very friendly (offers me a cup of water when its hot etc.) and they get out of their way to make me comfortable when I'm there and to make my insurance optimal and affordable when something on my record changes. I was even given a waiver for my first deposit on my insurance because I gave out references which was awesome! I couldn't ask for better service and rates than this.

Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate.
