Moving sucks - packing, unpacking, the whole bit. Hercules Moving Systems made the experience so much easier - they are worth every penny and then some. Yuval arrived at my door and he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He gave me tips on what should be in boxes and what to bundle to save time for the movers = meaning that he was saving me money. He was so helpful and informative (even telling me about the yelp deal) that I was instantly blown away by his professionalism and this company. I called my husband and told him my experience and we immediately decided this was the company for us. My next call was to the other two moving companies we had coming for an estimate to cancel, then I called Yuval to say we would love to do business with him.The movers did not disappoint - they came, packed, and moved with an efficiency and speed that makes me wonder why they don't have capes? They were polite and respectful, sociable, and gracious for the protein bars and cold water bottles. (How are people so rude to not offer these things to people LITERALLY doing the heavy lifting for your move?) They met us at our new place the next day with the same efficiency and speed at UNPACKING and had us ready to settle in our new place in a matter of hours. It was such a treat for me, as I'm someone who usually gathers friends and family for a move and having it take an entire weekend just to get our stuff to a new place. Not even mentioning the unpacking and the rest of it. I highly recommend having professional movers everytime you move, b/c they know how to pack and how to move it quickly - the time you save on that alone is worth the money you spend. And if you want GOOD people who know what they're doing for a reasonable price, then Hercules Moving Systems is who you want.

I can say the transport company treated me like a friend? Only great things! I called Hercules transport after the company originally booked with accidentally forgot to put me on schedule. I called literally Herculean day before my move date and I thought that they were such a representation, they will be fully booked .. Too my surprise, they were not fully booked due to the incredible amount of teams they have to offer and they began the process moving immediately .. I have spoken with me and it made me totally feel like she knows me personally. She bought my trust in being honest with me about all the details of moving and she answered all my questions patiently. I ordered 3 staff @ $ 89 and it was worth every penny .. Once I booked with me, she gave me a white to complete my confirmation call. Ben explained everything again and made me feel like I was in good hands. The next morning, I was ready for my move my team so exciting. Carlos and his team came and shook him! They were fast, efficient, careful, but most of all, they were friendly .. They never gave me access when I gave them directions and they talked to me like I'm their friend and that they have my back .. They honestly seem. It was not about how much money they can get, that it would get my move done in a timely manner ..I 100% recommend Hercules everyone I know .. I gained friends with this company, and I'm sure you'll find their friends too!Thank you for Hercules! I see good things coming your way only! And a small side note: My husband totally impressed with matching uniforms. Not only do they have black shirts with yellow logo Hercules, but they also had nice black pants. It's not something you usually see with a moving company, the Hercules is very nice! Kelsey shows!

Hercules Moving Systems
I must say that I was a really worried and nervous about my move because I had several bad experiences with moving companies in the past. Moving is so stressful and finding movers who can make it a little less stressful is really hard and a job within itself. Thats when I found Hercules Moving. When I spoke to the customer service rep he was helpful and friendly. I specifically told him to send me movers who were not lazy, professional, and courteous. With that being said he promised to send me the best crew he had! On moving day I had a little problem with the storage company and I remember one of the movers telling me not to worry, to relax, and that everything will be fine. He was very kind and seemed to set the mood for the rest of the day. The rest of the crew was very kind too, very professional and had good manners. I was in complete shock! They handled my furniture with care (and I am VERY neurotic about my furniture). My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The delivery crew was very professional a great experience overall. NO extra cost and NO damage. If anyone out there is looking for a moving company that is professional, honest, and who just makes your moving day a little less stressful, this is it! Trust me, I would NEVER go out of my way to recommend or leave a good review for any company unless they were REALLY worth it! I told the movers that I would give them a good review because good service is hard to find nowadays and when you find it you should let others know about it! I would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone and I feel comfortable now knowing that all my future moves will be done by Hercules Moving Systems.

I Love Moving - International Mover
Professional & friendly international moving company in Los Angeles. I Love Movers are the best in business. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. Every single person on the team worked hard, and they worked extremely well as a team. I wish we could have afforded to tip them more! That's what I was mostly concerned with - making sure they earn enough money for everything that they do. They packed everything so carefully and thoroughly, and never rushed, even though the move took longer than expected. I was blown away by their ability to disassemble my Ikea furniture. I thought it'd be near impossible, but the foreman knew exactly how to handle each piece, and took time to communicate to his team how to dismantle and pack the parts. They were able to take the furniture apart easily and without any damage. I hope that the movers on the other end are as good as these guys are! Again, I wish that we could have offered them more money as a tip. Please give them all a bonus. They're great guys, and dealt with a difficult situation (the broken elevator, the heat, things taking longer than they had planned) with ease and maintained a great attitude. Lots of people would have taken it out on us, or would have griped or complained, making us feel uncomfortable or guilty somehow. Not these guys - they were there to do the job and were committed to a high standard of work and professionalism. In addition, they were very personable, which made me and my family feel comfortable and at ease during the move.Great Company, Great people.

My name is Kieth Irwing and my wife Lanise Irwing we have been in Los Angeles for 15 years now and we have seen it all and been threw it all and when it came to finding an apartment we went threw some hell working full time and not having any time to look at places, my wife was at work and one of her co-workers mentioned about this company that can help success4rent, I immediatelly told my wife nope we are not paying anymore angencies any money and she insisted on us giving it a try and i was so crazy becasue we never knew why we were getting denies after paying all these fees in application fees and when we were there they actually showed us what was stopping us from getting a apartment and that was the 1st time We actually seen our credit I was amazed, I then seen some pictures of a few homes and actually went and they had this master key for all the places to see and in 3 days we knew where we wanted to move. Now it came down to having some money to move and they were so helpfull to break up the move in monies in payments and I had never seen my wife so excited and thrilled that I just busted my chops and made sure we had the money to move into this home. This was the best experience in my renting journey since i had given hope in moving. The only thing I regret is not having all the furniture and all because it happened so quick and us wanting to buy a home and I will have faith and be positive because it will come. One Day!!!Thanks Success.

Hercules Moving Systems, Inc.
Lucky me. I needed to move again. So I called several companiesThen I remembered I used Hercules Moving some years back. I did not know if they are still in business. I found them on YELP. I found few harsh reviews, but it did not stop me. I had a good experience before. MIKE answered and was very nice on the phone. So I figured, why not try them yet once again. They did not disappoint me. This time I had 3 guys, simply too much stuff. Price was at very reasonlble level @79/hour - that's still the lowest rate we could find anyway. Especially at the end of the month. I hear some companies raise it quite a bit. But since I already used them, I thought I will not risk and get another mover. Last time was great. I called and was quoted as much as $120 for 3 by other moving co's. We used Hercules to move all my large stuff and to pack the kitchen: glass, dishes, food,& stuff. They charge me only $29 for fuel which was fair, going to SIMI VALLEY , that was a big 26 footer. They wrapped all my stuff: dressers, mattresses, couches, chairs, so that they don't get scratched or damaged. Yuval and the guys took extra care of our stuff and not one single thing was damaged. We had many fine pieces of furniture and fragile items too, since we had many unopened wedding gifts and such. They took extra care. I also had guitar, amps, and an upright. This was hands down the best moving experience I have ever had. From one happy customer. ThX HERCULES !!!

Success4Rent Management
I am so excited, I just moved here from Miami Florida and I signed up for success4rent on-line and paid them. I was so worried at first because I didn't know nothing about California but in minutes they submitted me all the information I needed to move into an apartment.I was looking and looking before I paid them for at least 5 months.I am 24 year young guy and no one would trust me or give me a chance to rent an apartment in southern California, Managers would hang up on my face or never return my calls. I was so frustrated!!!After I signed up with success4rent a lady name Kathrine there was so professional and she totally made me feel so comfortable, She called me and checked up on apartments and the COOLEST part was that She actually called owners of the apartments for me and got all my information sent over to this place in Westchester because I needed to work close to LAX and I didn't ever know where the hell that was, so you can just imagine what the hell I was going threw.I had no problem with the money so it was such a smooth process that I was able to move to my new bachelor pad here close to all the fwy and its awesome.I just flew out here Wednesday and I had to write about them they are awesome and so on top of it. I read reviews here and think it also depends on people how they talk to others.I knew I needed this I paid a fee and I am gonna get itYes And I am InThanks Again Success4Rent and Kathrine.

Prior the name change in...during 2010, when Robert Conte being part (Owner) and Eric Manriquez (Dir.) and Heavlin (Residential (Asst. Mgr.) was unfair with exercising a "Retaliatory" (UDE) when complaining about (3) issues re: replacing 10-12 yr. old carpeting, mold & bathtub reglazing, after filing a complaint w/L.A. County Health Dept., who conducted a Inspection and subsequently found 5-6 additional housing-violations, I was treated hostile and served shortly thereafter, with a Unlawful Detainer-Eviction (UDE) to move, which was "RETALIATORY," these events occurred during being treated for Cancer w/Chemo & RAD Therapy Treatment and Mother overnight "untimely" passing while hospitalized at Centinela Hosp., they showed no empathy and declined to continue accepting monthly rents for 1-2 mths., prior initiating their "unfair" eviction process.///
Tips & Advices
Yes, it’s best to empty drawers, wardrobes and chests before a move. Items always get knocked around a bit, and doors can fly open even if they’ve been taped. In fact, more often than not, movers will want to remove the drawers from a dresser--or disassemble the wardrobe to be more space-efficient.
Yes, it is customary to tip movers, but the amount varies widely. For full-service moves, a 5 percent tip is suggested, although, for extra service, some people go up to 10 percent . For small local movers, you can give each mover $10 for a few-hour job, or $20-$40 for jobs that take longer.
A bill of lading is the legal contract for the move. It provides a detailed receipt, in addition to a contract between the client and the mover. It authorizes the mover to transport the goods from one specific point to another, and it outlines the exact scope of services, with cost breakdown for those services. It also provides an itemized list of the inventory, and carrier liability protection for each declared item. Finally, it specifies the payment arrangement. Make sure to go over your itemized list extremely carefully before finalizing the paperwork--and get a copy of the full document. A good mover will go over everything on the bill of lading with the customer.
There are several items that moving companies will not move – those items will be listed on a document as “non-allowables.” These items typically fall in three categories: perishables, sentimental/personal items, and hazardous material. Perishables are food and plants. Sentimental/personal value is up to the client to decide, but usually includes jewelry, medical and dental records, personal paperwork, valuables and collectibles. Hazardous material is the tricky category, since it includes a lot of everyday items found in the garage, garden or kitchen. For example, cleaning liquids and pesticides both are considered non-allowable by many companies. Some go so far as to disallow nail polish and batteries.
A binding estimate means that the moving company cannot charge more than the stated amount, though they can lower the final bill if the scope of the job was smaller than expected. A non-binding moving estimate is more likely to wind up costing more than expected, since the movers can increase their rates for unforeseen variables like stairs, “long carry” and materials.

Just a moment...
