Lf Larchmont
I visited the LF Larchmont location today and was followed around the store by a sales associate named Carly. I live in Koreatown and I’m on Larchmont blvd about 4 - 5 times a week. I came in looking for a top and Carly greeted me and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told her I wasn’t, and continued on with my shopping. At this point, she should have left me alone, however, she continued to ask me rather strange questions as I perused the shop. “Have you ever shopped in an LF before?”…”Do you live nearby?” My answers were very minimal and it was obvious that I didn’t want to be bothered. Carly stayed no further than a foot away from me at all times and made a comment about EVERY single item I picked up. It was so, so odd. I had no space and it appeared that SHE HAD BEEN TRAINED to make meaningless convo to try to hide the fact that she was following me everywhere I went. I should note that I am female and Black. I didn’t want to immediately assume her following me had something to do with that, so I left the store and decided to come back in ten minutes later to see what would happen. Again, Carly spotted me and literally walked a few steps behind me everywhere I went. I even walked clear across to the other corner of the store from where I was and she followed me. This is HIGHLY inappropriate, infuriating and beyond silly. Did she assume I couldn't afford the clothes in the store? Was it because I’m a size twelve and most of the clothing isn’t for someone of my size? In 2017, why is a sales associate following around a random Black girl in a store? Seriously. If your sales associates are commission-based, then they need to be trained on how to properly work with customers because people of color WILL assume they’re being profiled based on skin color because that’s what I believe. I don’t fit the bill of the assumed customer so I guess I must have been planning to “steal.” I’ll never return to the store.~ Kimberly

Al Gelato
Someone recommended this place several years ago when I worked within walking distance of this yummy place! So glad they did! Even though I no longer work in that area & live approx an hour plus away I still make sure to get down there at least once a month! I have yet to have something I don't like, and I'm a picky eater! The gelato is out of this world!!

American Parkinson Disease Association
I was diagnosed with HepB 3 months ago and was devastated by the news. I have been ill and sore for over 10 years, with no one being able to figure out what was wrong with me. It was always written off as a virus or infection. Then 2 years ago the severe muscle cramps started. I had them from scalp to toes, and it was when they ran the full spectrum of tests to figure the cramps out, that they discovered the HepB along with severe Vitamin D deficiency, which I link to the HepB. I was so tired and nauseous and in constant pain. I am just sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!!nothing was really working to help my condition.I went off the Sebivo (with the doctor’s knowledge) and started on hepatitis B herbal formula i ordered from Health Herbal Clinic, my symptoms totally declined over a 5 weeks use of the hepatitis B virus natural herbal formula the disease is totally reversed!! Da-Rue Of California
Beware! Some of the clothing from Da-Rue is really fabulous, and good quality, some is not. The problem is that they will not allow a return of their merchandise. They claim that each piece is especially made, but in fact they are off the rack sizes, not custom tailored. You will wait for weeks for your order to arrive, and if it not satisfactory, you are stuck. There is nothing on the invoice that says no returns. The clothing is very expensive, and their suggestion is that if you are unhappy, then you should re-sell it yourself. I am a very unhappy customer.

AAA Showcase Professional Window Cleaning
I hired AAA Showcase Window Cleaning for my home. The owner Michael was prompt, and professional. With all my windows being of the small paned, colonial style, cleaning was incredibly time consuming. Problem solved with AAA Showcase. All windows were streak free. I highly recommend AAA- the best in Los Angeles!

Antenna
Tired of paying my cable bill. Month after month they continued raising my bill. My buddy told me about this company and said he hasn't had a problem and the picture is very clear. I'm glad I called and got my antenna up. I won't have to worry about ever getting charged for cable again.

Airport Center Express
I've been parking here for years and have usually been pretty happy, but they have gone way downhill and I will have to find a new place to park. Both elevators were out of service when we arrived on Friday meaning you have to go back to the far end of the garage and take two different elevators to get to ground floor. They had signs on the elevators saying that parts were on the way and elevators would be back in service soon. We flew back into LAX after midnight on Sunday and waited almost an hour and never got picked up. Texted 3 times. Tried calling, but no one answered. Finally took the Crowne Plaza shuttle. Once again, both elevators out of service. Walked by the office on the way to the far elevators and there is a manager in the office. The door was locked, but he opened it when I pounded on it and had no explanation for not answering the phone. He said that as of the 23rd, they were only allowed to pick up on the upper level. This was not mentioned in the text replies or on the recording when I called. And all the other parking lots were still picking up on the lower level.I called the next day and spoke to an assistant manager who was no help at all. He offered a vague apology, but nothing else. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't authorize it. I asked to speak to the general manager and he was not available. Left my name and number, but of course, he never called.
Tips & Advices
A regular eye exam focuses on the general health of your eyes, while a contact lens exam is focused specifically on how your eyes react to contact lenses. A contact lens exam tests how well you see while wearing contacts. Your eyes are also evaluated to make sure your tear ducts produce enough tears to allow you to comfortably wear contact lenses.
The cost of contact lenses depends on the type of lens being purchased and the vision problem that is being corrected. For nearsightedness, you'll be able to purchase a box of six lenses for roughly $25. Each lens needs to be replaced after a couple of weeks, which will require you to purchase 10 boxes of lenses each year, for a total of $250 per year. Contact lenses that treat other conditions like astigmatism and presbyopia are more expensive, and can cost $500-$700 a year.
Some people may experience certain side effects when wearing contact lenses. Dry eyes may result, and some people may experience eye or eyelid inflammation. Some contact lens wearers may also develop allergic reactions to the liquid contact lens solution that is used to clean and disinfect the lens.
The cost of an eye exam can range $50-$250 or more. The cost will depend on the tests that are included, and whether the exam involves a contact lens fitting. The cost of the test will also hinge on whether the exam is performed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
An eye exam typically takes 20-30 minutes. If additional tests are required, the process could take longer. Eye exams test your sight, but they are also used to make sure your eyes are in good health. During the test, your eye care professional will ask if you've been experiencing any problems with your vision. Your eyes will be examined using a device known as an ophthalmoscope, and the movement of coordination of your eyes will be checked.
