Experienced doctors you can trust, however, visits to the ER can be extremely tedious and seemingly interminable: an ever-packed waiting room that seems bound to make my kid more sick than when we arrived. You're not likely to get a spot in the parking garage anywhere near the ER entrance. Yes, they will care for your child, just know it will take quite a while!

Underwent Achilles debridement surgery by Dr Eric Tan of usc orthopedic dept. I cant say enough good things about him or the whole orthopedic department. He's taken w genuine interest in my well being. He regularly calls and checks up on my progress. His office staff is second to none as well. Isabel, his patient coordinator, is exceptional at following up with any matter. Everyone from the radiology dept to the parking attendants have been so kind and make it so that I look forward to all my follow up appts. Thank you Dr Tan for helping me be pain free again! #FightOn
9.Silver Lake Medical Center

Urgent care medical center is the worst place to be when you are not feeling well. This place is UNORGANIZED! Service: The doctors are fine, it's the front desk staff that is terrible. The front desk help and nurses, who were seen surfing MySpace and more interested in what they are having for dinner, serve as barriers to health care, not helpers. They miss details all the time basically because they are not concentrating on their job. The doctor ordered two tests on me, and the girls only took one. After an hour of waiting, the doctor received the lab tests back and found that he was missing a test result. He asked the nurse, she ran over to conduct the test, and then we had to wait again for another 45 minutes. When the test results didn't come back after 45 minutes, we were told that we'd be called to get the results. When we returned the doctor's message, the girls at the front didn't know why I was calling and didn't have time to pull up my chart. They just transferred me to the lab to get the info. The lab couldn't give me the info (of course!) so they transferred me back to Urgent Care. Totally unorganized and filled with nurses who spend their time socializing.

Unfortunately my father passed away at that hospital he was there for 3 weeks. I was there everyday so I got the chance to see how the nurses and staff are on a everyday basis. Well I'm very disappointed my father needed care day and night and because the nurses don't care we had do take turns to take care of him at night. One night he almost choked to death and thank God I was there if not he would have died. If you are there or a loved one just make sure you are on top of everything especially the medications or better yet go to a diffrent hospital.
