Someone who works at this shop stole my daughter's phone. We tracked the GPS to this shop. The phone has been at this location all day. I then called the owner who was so rude and he told me to "f#ck off" several times. Not an honest man and not someplace I would trust with my nice expensive German car. Oh hell no. F#ck you, Walter! And your eyebrows!

I have THE BEST mechanic in the land!!!Besides being over-the-top reliable, they are the most honest and affordable. I had my '99 Toyota 4runner that has 393K miles on it serviced with a new starter, water pump and timing belt, oil change, fluids topped off and overall health inspection before going to Yosemite with 2 other people and a heavy load of camping equipment and food in the car with me. My mechanic, Ali, assured me I was good to go and if anything goes wrong to call him immediately, but that he was confident all would be fine. We made it to our Campground just outside of Yosemite Nat'l Park, NO PROBLEM! But after 3 days, we pack up and get ready to go, my car started up and sounded awful and would barely go. We hiked a mile to the local lodge and called AAA for a tow and most fortunately found a VERY reputable and OPEN [on the 4th of July] auto repair shop 30 miles away. Diagnostic tests showed it was merely a defective timing belt, which of course was brand new. He reported that my mechanic has done a perfect job in his repair job. So I called my mechanic to report the news and he told the Groveland Auto Repair shop to fix it and he would take care of the repair costs. Shocker #1 Because this shop was already so busy and had to order the new part, it wasn't going to be fixed till next week. MY MECHANIC INSISTED ON GOING ALL THE WAY TO GROVELAND, 330 miles from Los Angeles, TO GET THE CAR AND TOW IT BACK AND FIX IT HIMSELF!!!! He did that yesterday... ������������WHO DOES THAT?!?!! He has been my mechanic for a little over a year now and he will ALWAYS be my mechanic from now on. He should be yours as well!!

I purchased one tire about 10 days ago at lucy's last night I was near marina del Rey California and my tire I purchased at Lucy's when completely flat it was after 8 pm there wasn't any place open for me to get it fix I had to leave my car outside of a shell gas station over night! I had to get a ride home came back the next day and to my surprise the guy who was taking care of my car told me that whoever install the tire didn't do it right there were small pieces of the tire inside of it along with black powder which it was from the tire omg����I couldn't believe my eyes. They couldn't fixe it! I had to replace it with my spare tire and take the bad tire back to Lucy's I get there I talked to her I showed her the tire and she told me I had to buy another one she couldn't give me a new one nor give me money back. She would have to send it to the manufacturer and let them decide what was wrong with it so meantime I must buy a new one. I told her NO ���� Im not buying a new one you must replace it. We argue for a few minutes she kept telling me it was my fault I probably went thru a pot hole.. my mechanic told me even if I went thru a pot hole which I didn't it had nothing to do with it it's a bad tire!!! I finally told her I would call my attorney she still didn't do it!.. before I went to Lucy I stop at my mechanic who recommended me to Lucy I showed him the tire and he said yes it's a bad tire. So please don't support this business as of now I'm taking her to small claims court. The tire cost me $100.00 at this point is more about the principal than the money! Her ego is bigger than her. She needs to understand the customers are her bread and butter without customers business go thru bankruptcy! No customers no money!! This woman has no companion , no mercy now that I'm posting every where people are sharing their story with her..Thx for your time.

I have been a customer of West Coast Tire and Service for over 15 years. This is a family business and they treat their customers like family. I trust them so much that I service my brand new 2016 Ram Power Wagon at West Coast. They have always been my go to for tires. Jessie is the "Tire Whisperer". He has a very deep knowledge base. You can count on all the guys, Carlos, Joe, Jordan, Chris, Jessie and the owner Tommy. Mike and the mechanics are very professional. The guys in the Tire shop, Riggo, Alberto, Pepe are great. They are fast, courteous and always very careful with your rims. Miguel in the detail shop is amazing ! I am 1,500 miles away from my next oil change and I am actually looking forward to it. The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
