Jf Prieto Engineering Construction
This is a great place to work at. I have my first internship in this company and I learn a lot from them. They provide the young student engineers to have a wonderful opportunity to get close to the real construction and also a great management system. Best experience ever.

I really enjoyed working for this company. As an intern, sometimes management doesn't really care about the skill set that you learn during the internship because they are so busy with actual work but not here. They really cared to show us the ropes and had me be a part of the work in the estimation process as well as the project management process. Also the people running the company are very nice and know how to keep a professional setting along with creating a very friendly dynamic

Great company to work for. Upper management really care about your professional growth and interest. A lot of opportunities for the intern to learn about construction business than big name company. Allow the young engineers to take on big projects and show case their skills. Best management ever. They really promote work/life balance. One of the great companies to work for.

After a positive experience doing business with Edward 3 years ago, we hired CCLA to renovate our new office location in Burbank, we had an excellent customer experience during each & every stage of the process. Edward was remarkably knowledgeable & took the time to discuss our needs, budget & concerns. Edward, & his crews were very skillful, did superb work, and cleaned up so the job site was clean & neat every day. CCLA is a great Los Angeles based company and I highly recommend them for all your construction needs.

House was hit by a car on Presidents day 2016 and as of Mar. 11, 2017, the job is still not finished. The stucco, drywall and counter top isn't finished. The job was put on hold due to the inability to get a supplemental from insurance because the adjuster wasn't doing his job. This was not the fault of the contractor. The insurance co. changed adjuster in August and I got the supplemental. I am waiting for Jeff Greene to finish the job. I gave Jeff Green money for the counter-top in August. On March 02, 2017 he did a demo of the counter top leaving me with no cook top, or sink or water to the dishwasher. I have to wash my dishes in the bath tub. I bought the new cook top, faucet, and garbage disposable. Jeff said he would buy the sink because he could get it wholesale. When Jeff told me he was doing the demo , he told me the counter top would be installed on Saturday, March 04 but he did not have the sink or call the counter top man to see if he could make it on Saturday. As of March 13, 2017 I still do not have a cook top, sink or counter top. I asked Jeff why the counter top was not installed. He said he could not find the right sink. He never should have done the demo if he did not have the sink. You cannot let a job sit for seven months. I can't even get Jeff on the phone. Letting a job sit for seven months could be considered abandonment. Many times Jeff has told me he was coming down and did not show without even calling to reschedule. He does not return voice message calls.

The company itself sounds very good. I signed papers on 5-20, and work was to be done 6-2 through 6-17. Work was finally completed 7-31, 6 weeks late. Barrus Solar was a sub contractor they sent to do the work. This guy was very difficult to deal with. Simple item like burying electrical conduit 18 inches below ground and this aspect of the project FAILED 3 times. Sloppy work, not supplying metal or plastic conduit in designated areas, showing up once a week to do any work, using my hand tools without my permission, etc. Quality of panels seems find at this point I time, less than a week after final inspection. BUT, please make sure they don't use Barrus Solar to do the install. There is no excuse for failing to dig a trench 18 inches into the dirt and failing 2 inspection. I lived on anxiety medications all the time this project was under contstruction
