@Humberto P. In the name of GMX Motorsports Management we would like to extend our apologies the situation as you described hasn’t happen before to any of our customers and we truly regret it ever did. We have been in business for over 10 years and are always able to fix issue as you have described, as long as your truck was in good condition to start with we work under the understanding that our customers know that all the products we sell are aftermarket made to fit and we are not a repair base auto shop. All of our installers have years of experience and have work on cars similar to yours on a daily basis. Again, do accept our apologies and know that as a business we offer a 3 month warranty on most of products and all of our work. In any case do keep in mind that all products we sell are brand new and never been used if any defects are present when we open the boxes our costumer have the right to ask for a different product.

Nice guys and very helpful. One time i got a small little electrical problem with my g35. Problem was with the Plug of air intake sensor. I was trying to find a plug by myself in dealership but they are dont have those kind of things, and auto markets parts thru Ebay either, the same codes and huge shaking. Then i had a meet with only one store of ICarpart who i found online thru the google search and really help. They gave the right part and good price for my car plus right sensor too. I really happy to fix my car i hardly recommend to check their store for your car. Thx!

I come here whenever I need a car freshener and other accessories for the car. They have a good amount of varieties and fairly priced.
Tips & Advices
Some dealers accept returns if the component is returned with the original invoice. Some dealers might charge a re-stocking fee for returns. Others may not accept returns at all. It's common for dealers to not accept returns on electrical parts. Customers should ask about return policies before purchasing.
A salvage yard might test used car parts before selling them, but customers should ask whether tests have been performed on the part or not. All parts, especially electrical components, should be tested prior to purchase. Most salvage yards and auto repair shops should have a 12-volt battery to test electrical parts.
Sometimes it is worth buying used car parts. If the part is in good condition, a car owner could save money by buying the used part. However, if the part is something that's unsafe to purchase used, like brake parts or air bags, or if the part is too deteriorated to be safe, it's worth the cost to buy new.
Junkyards are businesses where people can shop for used car parts. Other names for these businesses include salvage yards and automotive recyclers. Auto repair shops might also sell used car parts.
Yes, most used car part dealers sell to the general public. However, just like with any car parts purchase, buyers should look into the dealer’s warranty policy and might want to price shop at several places.
