I've been a tenant in a building they manage for almost 5 years and I LOVE IT!!! Anytime something needs fixing its handled right away. The staff always kind and patient. Ramona is a ROCK STAR and Ms. Reeves is the BEST in the WEST!!!!

I went to the parking structure's exit first and asked the valet employee where to park for 5777 W. Century Blvd. and he said that I was in the wrong place and to go in a different way. It turns out he gave me false directions as that went to the parking lot for 5757 W. Century Blvd. I didn't find out this until I went to level P3 where the only honest valet told me where to go and said I could exit and that they wouldn't charge me.Well, when I get back up to the floor level a valet directs me to the prepaid exit and I couldn't get out there.I hit the "Help" button and an employee comes out and directs me to where the parking for 5777 W. Century Blvd is.I go there but by then I had already missed my appointment so I told the valet I wanted to leave.He directed me to the exit. There the valet charged me $5.00. That's the charge for 30 minutes when I was only in there for around 20.First off, he should've let me out for free since I never parked and got lost because of the employees' bad directions.Secondly, the exit ticket was a few minutes fast which means it's overcharging customers as you can see by the attached photo (and this was taken a couple minutes after I exited when I could safely pull over).L.A.T. Investment Corporation is ripping off people in this structure both by lying to drivers who enter it and having clocks that overcharge them upon exiting.

This is the most unprofessional, lazy group of property managers that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Their apartments are infested with pests and plagued by plumbing issues, somehow they believe they can yell and scream to deter you from requesting repairs. Actually not!!! It has inspired me and others to contact Building & Safety and the Health Department. Don't ever rent from this company, their are many reputable management companies with vacancies in this city. The one person that left a positive review is an employee, family member or friend.

Beg to differ with the person below experience. I have had nothing but professional and stellar service from FISCO. I find them to be quite flexible and responsive to my needs. Ms. Reeves is tops in her field and very knowledgeable. Her Staff bends over backwards to accommodate me. I have been doing business with FISCO for over 20 yrs.

1550 North Fuller Ave, 90046 -Hollyview apartment manages to stand out as an unparalleled dump, an accomplishment that should not go unnoticed being in such a trashy neighborhood to begin.Fake security system, building finishes inspired by communist China, and the festering odor of a decaying raccoon, this beautiful specimen seems to be on par with the rest of Xenon Investment Corp's, (aka Southview Investment) portfolio of slums.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER! The building has MAJOR building code violations, and health code violations. MOLD MOLD MOLD. Very unhealthy place to live. It was made in 1929 and any building made before 1978 has lead paint and pipes in it. Since I have moved in, they have changed management and owners. The management prior to the current management company was ELLY NESIS COMPANY INC. I suggest you stay away from that company at all costs. They were shady as ever, the maintenance was terrible and unprofessional and so was ELLY NESIS COMPANY INC. The new owners SOSU INVESTORS LLC,. ARE NOT ANY BETTER! THE NEW MANAGER/LANDLORD IS TERRIBLE AND THEY DO NOTHING TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. SHADY SHADY SHADY. This place has inconsiderate neighbors with questionable character. IT IS OVER PRICED. THERE IS LITTLE TO NO PARKING. ALL IN ALL ITS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE. STAY AWAY. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE HERE AND BE SUBJECTED TO THIS TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT OR LIVING. Look for a proper, positive, civilized UP TO DATE, UP TO CODE, HEALTHY PLACE TO LIVE. For what you pay here, you can find something much better somewhere else and deal with NOTHING like the stuff you have to deal with here. DON'T MOVE IN. Terrible. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS!

These people Terry and John have no sense of concern for the security of their tenants. Extremely rude and unprofessional. when contacted to take security measures for a burglary they are reluctent to take action, lazy good for nothing. avoid amp, terrys manners reflect the lack of integrity of this amateur excuse of a establishment

The way they explain investment theories is extremely easy to understand. These self-proclaimed "stock market geeks" have really done their homework, and I'm glad they did! I've found highly useful information on their site, and if they didn't fully cover a topic, they recommended a book that did cover the entire topic. -Website fairly easy to navigate-Content easy to understand-If there is one downside, it's that I never knew when they put new content up. But then I subscribed to their RSS feed, and now I get notifications when they put up a new article.Highly recommended.
