Total Home Roofing
I have to repeat what another reviewer stated: The job went very smoothly! They started when they said they would and finished as expected. Cleanup was complete and as promised. Jake was on site everyday. He took pictures and emailed them to me. He called me daily to give me a status report. Jake was a pleaseure to work with - very thorough in his explanations. I would definitely call him again and highly recommend Total Home Contractors! The price was very competitive with the YP.com discount.

Wormley Roofing
You simply can't go wrong with this company. They are knowledgeable, have integrity, and treated us with respect.Having dealt with other companies in the past, and felt as if all they wanted is my money and to get out ASAP, Wormley Roofing treated our roof as if it was their own. They arrived on time, went to work and kept me informed all through the process.Fair and reasonable prices, and best of all, it was done professionally with no problems.

Total Home Roofing
They did a complete tear off of the roof and 2 skylites. Replaced any rotten boards, replaced skylites and re-shingled the roof. They completed the job once started, in the timeframe given to us. Did a great job and cleaned up after themselves too! Would definitely recommend these roofers!

We chose Total Home Roofing based on A.J.'s knowledge and understanding of what needed to be done. A.J. coordinated all aspects of work from the roof to the soffit/fascia and ceiling and made sure it was completed to his and our satisfaction.
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
