If you want an honest car dealer who treats you with respect and values your time, go see this guy. So often dealers make you feel small, it's part of their sales tactic, as if you are so lucky to be there! Not, this guy! I told him what I wanted, what I needed and what I could afford. He made it happen! He may not have every car in the world, but he has the right one for you! And of course, he isn't the only car dealer in Longview....BUT HE IS THE BEST ONE !!!

I don't even have a loan with this company. A family member does. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Threatened to continue to call my work number. When I called back to tell her not to call again. She was laughing like a child. I'd never do business with people like this.

If city finance was the last place on earth to get a loan at I still wouldnt recommend. (Manager) Angela is very rude and unprofessional. I've never dealt with anyone like her. She needs to be replace. I have recordings of our conversation she gets very disrespectful, loud and become very personal with you. Also letters that I'm not sure who type up and send out to customers but it was very rude and unprofessional as well.

Do not get a loan with these people. This is the only loan place I have been to that requires a list of your electronics, jewelry, etc. The chipmunk looking girl (sorry to be mean but I don't know her name), will threaten you when you apply for the loan. She told me if I didn't pay, she will file criminal charges. They schedule your due date for the day you get the loan. Of course this is not my payday so I am 10 days late each time. I believe their grace period is 10 days so I normally don't pay any late fees. Their policy is to call your job the day after the loan is due. No, they do not call your personal phone first. If you cannot pay when they call, you are required to go into the office and tell them you cannot pay. I still do not comprehend why this cannot be done over the phone. Also they don't take partial payments, even if your a dollar short. They will however offer to refinance the loan for more interest and fees. I recommend going to Southern Finance by Kilgore College Longview they are more willing to work with you. Better yet have a checking account and overdraft it less fees.

Just a moment...
