HEATHER O, bought a vechicle as\\is and did damage to it in a attempt to bribe with threats of filing a complaint with the enforcement division to get us to try to forse us into giving her a much more expensive vehicle than what her parents, who put up the cash could afford. Twice she has been removed from the premises POLICE and a criminal trespass warrant/harassment warrant was issued on her barring her from further contact or coming on our property. She did file a complaint with the enforcement division and we forwarded as directed all paperwork from her purchase. After a review by the state enforcement division her complaint was resolved and we were not fined or punished. This is public record.

Jose Assisted in all aspects of car buying experience. He had 2 vehicles - Tucsons - waiting for me when I arrived. Both of these were pre-owned vehicles and the one that I drove was a very nice vehicle. I had also been looking at a new Tucson and was possibly considering buying a new one. After I drove the new Tucson, Jose let me make up my mind without any pressure to buy either a used or a new vehicle. I was able to purchase the vehicle I really wanted and at a price I could live with. I would definitely recommend Jose and Hyundai of Longview for knowledgeable, no - pressure, great ecperience.

I had family coming in and called Donna with very little notice and she came the very next day. I had the general cleaning and she did a great job. I am very picky and was thoroughly impressed at her attention to detail. I am going to have her back for a spring cleaning. The cleaning people I have hired in the past rush through to get it done. Donna did not. She even cleaned on top of the refrigerator and cleaned our cat box which really surprised me. I later found out she is involved with cat rescue. I would recommend her 100%.

Very satisfied. As a first time Hyundai buyer, I had a lot of questions and some hesitations. Brandon Sledge was very informative and explained the details of each model car as we inquired. We took three different vehicles for a test ride and never felt pushed or hurried. He made us comfortable and was very assuring about the Hyundai product. This was our first dealer choice and after our conversations with Brandon we didn't have a need or desire to look elsewhere.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. I just didn't like the long wait. I got there at 9am and didn't leave until 2:30. I know they were trying to get me the best deal, but I wish I could of left and they call me when something happened. Maybe the people that are doing the numbers can start and then when you get there you can find out the best deal they found. David was very helpful and I liked him just telling me straight up about things.

Pleasant, and comfortable. Brandon was not pushy in any way, willing to provide us with anything we were looking for and even asked if we wanted to test drive the vehicle again after we'd made our choice. This was one of the easiest car deals in my entire life. There was no back and forth pretending they had to talk with their Manager or anything like that. This was truely a good experience.
