My wife and I have had our units in Long Beach managed by your company for well over thirty years. Over the years we have had some problems with the units. This was to be expected as the neighborhood is not what it was thirty five years ago. Our problems and concerns however have always been handled in a timely yet professional manner. Terrence is now the assistant manager and was our property manager for many years. He did an excellent job then and is doing a tremendous job now. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Terrence over the years. We would recommend your property management company without question. As a matter of fact we have brought many of our friends to you. Last but not least we would also like to thank Harry for the wonderful job that he has done. It certainly was a pleasure dealing with him in good times and bad. Harry is a real professional.

I have used them to manage my properties since 1987. I have found that Terry and Rich have the utmost integrity as well as ethics of anyone I have worked with in this industry. The advice and support that I have received over the years has saved me untold thousands of dollars and problems. Together we have remolded and painted both buildings and tenants. Without their advice and support I doubt I would have been successful with these ventures and the office that supports them is just as helpful as Terry and Rich. Their record keeping is excellent and they are very flexible when I need help or have a special request. It goes without saying that working with them has been has been and will be a most pleasurable experience in an industry when many things are not that way. I would recommend them to anyone in the rental real estate industry.

They have taken care of my property for approximately twenty years. It is of course difficult being so far away from the property however I have trusted them with my property and appreciate what they have done for me. Sandra is currently their supervisor at my property and I cannot tell you what a comfort it is to have Sandra in charge. She has done a remarkable job. There has never been a time when I wanted to discuss the property with her and not had a prompt response. That is amazing with all the properties she has to keep up with. She has always been honest with me and she is fair. It is obvious that she works for you and she works for me. I am so fortunate to have her working with me at the property. Belive me when I say that she would be next to impossible to replace.

WOW! That's all I have to say about Ernst and Haas. I found an apartment that I fell in love with from just pictures online. I immediately went to the office to check out a key but the time I arrived the apartment had been rented out (Aggressive Market) so it's not their fault. Luckily I found another place they were advertising and was asked to contact the property supervisor to set an appointment, I did. I was met at the property by Sal within 30mins. Even though he showed up in what seem to be OJ's get away truck (Bronco) he was professional and gave the sense of being an expert in his field. Needless to say I'm a rented with Ernst and Haas now or else I wouldn't take the time to write this review. Best management company in Long Beach.

Angie is my go to person regarding my rental property. She's always prompt with returning communication, friendly and takes care of business with the tenants directly, so I can remain hands off. My tenants seem happy as well. David Hass was my initial contact and helped point out things I should repair/fix up prior to renting and has always been able to answer my various questions over the years, so appreciative of the guidance and suggestions. Glad I took a chance to let property management handle the majority of the responsibility when I don't have clue. This team effort more than exceeds my expectations.Thank youuu

CLEAN & WELL MANAGEDI come from a professional property management background, so I'm very particular about where I call home. I looked at several "slums" that were NOT professionally managed by Belmont Shore Land and I was almost discouraged until I found the perfect little beach pad that I rented from them for 4 happy years.They are a family owned business and are warm and pleasant to deal with. Their offices are in walking distance from anywhere in Belmont and they are always happy to help with any situation. Residents can enjoy the pride they take in the quality and cleanliness of the buildings they manage.

During this long relationship things have generally gone very smoothly and if a problem did occasionally arise we have always been able to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction. During this long period we have used other management services on apartments were outside of this company’s usual management area. None of these companies turned out to be as satisfactory as our long relationship with this company. We look forward to continuing our mutually beneficial business relationship in the future.

I have recently moved out of a property on Broadway that Berro managed. I moved out of this property because the building manager was harassing me. I would have stayed in my apartment had it not been for this particular manager. I would give this manager a single star review.The reason I am giving Berro Management Five Stars is because they are professional and responsive. Once I circumvented my building manager and went directly to the Supervisor at Berro all my reasonable requests were met in a timely and efficient manner. I would indeed live at another building managed by Berro in the future.

I have been associated with Norma as our building manager for the past three to four years. Since she acquired our account our buildings have moved up into the smoothly run category. I have virtually no concerns about crisis occurring in the building that she cannot handle. The cash flow has improved and the tenants are happy. In short I am thoroughly satisfied with Norma as our building manager and will be sorely disappointed if for any reason she was transferred off of our account. Obviously I giver her an excellent rating and want her to continue handling our affairs.
