I'm going to first start off by saying that I walked in to cancel my sprint service from the dropped calls I was having. I end up talking to the manager of the store, Brian..amazing guy! He looked at my account and saw that I was not getting a discount from the company I work for, so he applied it. . He explained everything about the network, helped me reset my Apple ID, and then walked my bag around the counter. Long story short when I say he's the only reason I still pay my bill today, I'm being modest. There's never a wait when I need anything, SUPER GREAT service. <3 I'll never go anywhere else.

Roland was great! We ended up staying after a hour and a half. He was really helpful and helped my mom out a lot which I'm very grateful and thankful for. I'm even considering to switch over.
