I've had Parker Audi perform maintenance on my 2013 A4 for the last couple years. Although the prices are much higher than other Audi mechanics, their work was good. However, during my last visit, I asked only for an oil change and tire rotation. They installed a software update due to a recall in the water pump without my consent. Apparently the pump could catch fire if clogged by debris.  I had an APR stage 1 tune installed on my ECU that cost me 700 dollars. They erased my tune  when they reprogrammed it. It's going to cost $180.00 to have the software reinstalled. I asked Parker Audi to cover the cost since they erased my tune without my consent. They declined to pay, which really isn't that big of deal to me. What did bother me was the was they acted about the whole thing. They implied the whole thing was my fault since I had an aftermarket upgrade... I'm almost ready to buy my next Audi. Now I'm not sure what dealer I'll use.

They are like snakes in the grass don't trust them.They don't know how to treat their employees and the management team is awful except for a few and there are some of the sales ppl that is great but a few management don't care as long as they are looking good .

On the weekend starting April 20th, Bale Chevrolet ran a promotion that led thousands of people to believe that they had won $25,000, or one of three subsidiary prizes, an MS Surface Studio, a Virtual Reality system or a Nintendo device. The fine print said that the $25K prize was a scratch off chance at the Grand Prize but that everyone would get a $25 restaurant coupon. It was silent as to the subsidiary prizes. When I arrived, there were about 60 people, most waiting in line, the rest at tables with car salespeople recording all their personal data. Turns out that the subsidiary prizes were only one each also, having to mach a special number. I left, stating that I wouldn't return to such a deceptive, dishonest business. A salesman guffawed after me, "We're going to make millions off you people. Just look at the crowd." He didn't even have to add, "Suckers!"

Absolutely horrible customer service. I spent countless hours for over a month trying to contact someone after the purchase of my vehicle. I called, left voicemails, emailed, etc. I contacted the GM who never felt the need to contact me back. The customer service after the sales is completely non-existent. I would not recommend doing business here.
