I called the shop from Olive Branch, MS. Looking for a Hoyt Turbo bow. This one guy I talked too was super helpful, nice and originally couldn’t find anything I wanted but then took the time to look in the back and found the bow I wanted. I called again yesterday and told them I was coming Friday to get it. The drive is almost 4 hours so I wanted to know everything they would set up for free and everything I had to pay for. I asked how much D-loop is and they told me. I wondered if they would give me some Because I’m spending 1k on their bow but no. that’s fine. Then I asked if they would paper tune it? He said “ahh I don’t know I just depends on what kind of MOOD the boss is in.” I said how much is it if he isn’t in a good “mood”. $35. He said “he might not charge you but I can’t promise anything.” I said “yeah well I’m driving almost 4 hours so I need to know.” He then says yes I understand but I just depends on his mood. Guess what mood that idiot would have been in after I drove 4 hours and paid 1k on their bow? The bow was sold. I mean I was on the way to get it and these guys screwed it. They might now more than the average citizen in their town but they are not experts. This guy said “paper tuning doesn’t matter it’s about your grip.” Wow. What a doofus. If you know anything about archery you know this bow shop sounds cheap and only worried about making every single cent off of you. But the bow sold itself and the proshop guys changed my mind completely. I called DNW outdoors (Jonesboro), because I’ve delt with them before and they gave me an amazing deal on a bow because they can afford to go out of the way for a customer. They understand if your spending a thousand dollars (+) you should get tuned up every which way possible. I ended up getting a better bow for a better deal and they tuned it all perfect. Call around before you go to this back wood store. You can find a better shop with the same bows, and more knowledgeable prostaff.
First time here. Awesome food and the hot croissants covered in honey butter are to die for. Excellent service.
I had an eye exam done which went pretty well nothing to say about that. Then I went to purchase some glasses. The clerk there seemed more intent in getting every penny out of me. He quoted me a price only to add some hidden fees a few minutes later, which boosted up the cost even though I had insurance. It was the classic bait and switch. when I got my bill it was way over what he originally had quoted on the phone. He even tried to hide the receipt so I wouldn't get suspicious. I'll try some where else next time.
Our waitress was annoying. The restaurant try to say that they had the best French New orleans-style food ever. Little did she know the couple we were with are from New Orleans born and raised around there and then me and my husband lived very close and we know exactly what New Orleans style red beans and rice, etouffee and all that food should taste like. The waitress kept saying how great the food was and that it was just as good or if not better than New Orleans. The food was poor they promised us each a free muffin because we had never been there before. But when we got our bill we were charged for all the muffins so then when we got home they we're very dry and yuk!The food and service was awful.
There's a LEE Harvey who works the Walmart on Baseline Rd in Little Rock Arkansas. Store #124.He constantly harrasses my friend and I, every time she's goes in to shop with her children, he repeatedly ask for her phone number. These last few weeks, I've actually went to Walmart with her and she pointed him out to me and sure enough, he comes up to her again trying to get her number. I tell Lee that she is Married, and he tells me that he doesn't give a damn that she's married, it has nothing to do with me and to mind my damn business. We are standing there with her children for God Sake. As we are walking out he follows us and continues to say really mean/ Derogatory things to my friend and I right in front of her children. Yesterday while checking out and stops right where we are to talk to another associate. He's see's us checking out and goes on to tell the other associate "there's that fine ass Mexican bi***, and her hating ass friend" I'm not sure if he's always like this but We've never had to deal with such disrespect anywhere.
Wow- just saw advertisement on TV news on channel 11, and I even took a photo of worker in kitchen NOT wearing gloves while putting a handful of something (chopped eggs or corn?) on a plate! Geesh! This is totally unsanitary!! This should be addressed ASAP~!
Whenever I am in the neighborhood I always dine at Cheddar's. The food is very good and the service is better. A good experience from the time I walk in the door. I like the ambiance.
Went there to eat today. The food was good but the waiter sucked. After we checked out the waiter chased us down on the parking lot and was asking why we didn't give him a tip. For one he had a snotty attitude and when he put the plates down on the table he slammed them down and slung food all over the table. Will definitely NOT be going back... If you go be warned not to get STEPHEN for your waiter.
Will not honor their prices... Beware!I went to Walmart on 01-30-2015 to buy some ammo for my gun. I walked back to the counter and looked in the locked case. I found a box of 100 count 40 caliber bullets with a price tag of 18.97. There was an associate who came by and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to buy 2 boxes of that ammo. She unlocked the case and got the ammo for me. She proceeded to ring up the ammo for 34.XX each. When I pointed out that the shelf tag was 18.97 she remembered and asked her manager. The manager said they would not honor that price as laws wouldn’t allow her to honor the price.I am unaware of that law but that isn’t the point. This is the third time in the past couple months (2 different Walmart’s none the less) that Walmart has had ammo in the wrong spot and wouldn’t honor their shelf price. I could see if the ammo was on a shelf where a customer could simply move the product but when it is behind a lock and key then that is clearly the fault of Walmart associates.Walmart ledges to “Show respect for the individual” How is that respectful to put things in the wrong price then not honor it?Walmart ledges to “The customer is #1 Always” Well I don’t feel like number one. I feel like I have been lied to.
