Jennings, Jill K
Dr. Jennings is amazing has helped with all of my medical needs, love her, but their office personnel are horrible to work with. Their business personnel told us when asking questions that conversation ended, to shut up, and hung up on us.

Dr. Janina B Bonwich, MD
I went into her office last year needing double hernia repair. I wanted to have it done lapraroscopic. We talked about it and the old fashioned way( I call the barbaric way). I left the office expecting lapraroscopic surgery for my hernia repair. Yes I signed the form, but I was under the impression it was for the laparoscopic surgery. BEFORE YOU SIGN, MAKE THEM TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS. I mean it is in all medical terminology which you are not supposed to understand. I was the first patient for the day. She had no excuse to not come in and see me. Even when I asked several times for her. They kept saying she will be in. She never did and I heard a nurse as I was going under that she was waiting for me to out before she came in. To my great disappointment I did not have the laparoscopic surgery. The staff was very good and gave excellent care. But the recovery room staff did not tell me how to raise myself from bed after having double hernia surgery. (a trick you do by using a rolled up towell).Which I learned after the fact and after I tore one. I would not go back to her for anything. I know a couple of UAMS doctors who are very thoughtful and care about you and your treatment. But the other few I have seen are governed by the system and it is the money first, students and what they need for them. Patient Care is not first.

worst experience I have ever had in my life. She would not put me on bed rest even though I was bleeding, I was young and didn't know what to do so I listened to my dr. Resulted in my baby being born too early and passing away. at my post delivery apt she asked how the baby was doing...

Nallur, Shiva, MD
Overall I really do enjoy having Doctor Nallur as my Primary Care Physician. He's polite, on schedule and sometimes early so I can go about my daily things. He displays compassion for me as a patient and he has patience in dealing with the staff he works around and other patients. The environment is that of professionalism and I would recommend that clinic and Doctor Nallur to anyone I know that is need of a PCP and clinic to go to.

I can call and talk to the doctor 24/7... it is a wholestic wellness approach where not just the pain or illness of the moment but the wellness of the whole body is monitored and treated. Since he limits his practice size he gets to have more time with each patient. You get to have an appointment within 24 hours! I feel now that I am being proactive instead of reactive.
Tips & Advices
An increasing number of children are getting tooth whitening treatments and veneers. However, dental experts advise against childhood cosmetic procedures except in the event of an emergency.
Prospective patients should choose a dentist who is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry or the American Dental Association. These organizations offer their members the latest in dental research, procedures, and training. It’s also a good idea to request photos of the dentist's prior work to see the quality.
A gum lift is a quick procedure where a dentist removes a bit of gum tissue to give a person a less gummy smile. The gum line is cut and reshaped, and a laser is used to seal blood vessels. A gum lift is also known as a gingivectomy. On the opposite end, a gingivoplasty adds gum tissue to the gum line to make teeth look smaller or treat gum recession.
Dental implants are metal frames that are surgically attached to the jaw bone. An orthodontist then attaches artificial teeth to the frame to replace any that are missing. They are one of the most expensive cosmetic procedures, but they're the most suitable option for people with several missing teeth adjacent to one another. Dental implants are also used to stabilize dentures.
Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain shaped to cover a person's tooth. They're a popular choice for people who want to make slight alterations to their smile, such as altering the size, shape, or color of one or more teeth. To apply veneers, a cosmetic orthodontist shaves a thin layer of enamel off the patient's tooth. Then, he or she applies resin to the veneer and seals it to the tooth with a curing light. Veneers preserve more of the natural tooth than crowns and are more stain-resistant than bonding.
