AAA Home Center
Excellent service techs, if Roy can fix it, nobody can! Their service after the sale is outstanding too. Quick deliveries and very fast response time on repairs. I wouldn't buy a or have an appliance serviced by anyone else!

Rock City Appliance
My friends bought a washer from Rock Appliances and have had nothing but headache since. There was a 30 day service warranty that came with the purchase of the washer. Mr. Lee came to their house on two occasions. Once to pickup the old washer and deliver/install the purchased washer. The second was because he did not correctly hook up the water in/output and it leaked everywhere. While he was there they discussed the washer being off balance and the code UL flashing on the screen. He explained he would be back to install blocks to help with this problem. That was the last they saw of this "business" man. He dodged their phone calls and voicemails. He never came back to install the blocks and they have not heard from him but once to explain he was sick. Unfortunately he sales the refurbished appliances at a price that it would cost them as much if not more to take him to small claims with no guarantee of winning their court costs and money spent back. I DO NOT recommend buying from his business at all.

I had a leak from my washing machine line upstairs in my condo. These guys did a great job figuring out what the problem was and fixing it, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They were very professional and courteous, and were the only company who answered the phone and came out on the same day. I had to leave messages with other companies. I will use them for any future plumbing problems. Thanks!

The owner took $299 from me for a stove that I never recieved. Since I ended up not needing the stove, he kept lying to me telling me to be at the store between such and such time and he would give me my money back but he was never there. I never got the stove or my money back.

I wish I could give Rock Appliance ten stars! The first time I called Lee was to install a new dishwasher at my rental home. He was on time and the least expensive out of four quotes. When my personal home washing machine broke two weeks ago I called him once again. He was kind enough to diagnose the problem over the phone at no cost! Who does that?! I won't bore you with all of the details, but over a short series of events Lee proved himself to be extremely honest. My husband and I were blown away by his actions! He displayed integrity and skill that is to be admired. I wish I could shout it from the mountain tops, but online reviews are the next best way to give Lee the credit he is due. One can only hope for honesty, skill, and fair cost when calling for help. I'm telling you that if you call Lee, you'll find all three!!
Tips & Advices
Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage of the defrost drain by food or debris. The ensuing overflow can leak inside the refrigerator or outside. This problem is often an easy DIY fix--just clean the debris away. If you cannot locate it, it could be a clog of the system and might require a technician.
The most common cause of a refrigerator running is a faulty seal, usually on the door, allowing a constant flow of warm, humid air into the unit. To combat the warm air, the refrigerator’s cooling system kicks in and might stay on. This can cause strain on the cooling unit, not to mention higher utility bills.
The most common reason an ice maker stops making ice is a faulty water supply line. The most likely culprits are the supply line being frozen, broken, disconnected, or the filter being clogged, which prevents water from passing through.
The most common refrigerator maintenance issue is the most obvious: The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Next is a faulty ice maker, the refrigerator not functioning at all, the unit is making strange noises, and the dispenser units are not dispensing water and/or ice.
Frost buildup in the freezer is a result of warm, humid air entering the freezer and then freezing. It could be as simple as frequent opening and closing of the door, or a faulty door seal allowing air to flow in. If those are not the issues, the automatic defrost system might be malfunctioning and require servicing.
