Excel Exteriors Roof Roofing
worst company ever, cannot get a hold of them, wont call back nor can leave a voice mail. Cannot get a hold of MN office as well. Good luck getting your house fixed or even get a hold of Alex. Not professional at all and the job done not professional as well, wont come back and fix the issues, if there are any.

J Tech Construction
We had J-Tech install windows and a new roof at our current home. Both of the crews were super friendly, professional, and courteous. They were prompt and very quick. We were surprised that they were able to complete the roof in one day! When they were finished, they did an amazing job of cleaning up! The window guys vacuumed the rooms so well that they looked better than before they were there! We will be having them do the roof, siding, gutters, and solar panels at our new home this summer, as well.

Nebraska Urethane Inc
I had NE Urethane spray my new house with the foam insulation. I checked with just about everyone in Lincoln and they had the most experience and the best price for how many inches you get. We had a few bumps in the road but Mike has excellent customer service and it all worked out and I am very happy with the end result. Regardless of who does your foam insulation, make sure you get depth you paid for. I highly recommend Nebraska Urethane. Thanks Mike

Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
