Unprofessional and incompetent. A zero star rating would be more accurate to describe her professionalism and expertise, but the site isn't set up for it.

The Salvation Army
What has happened to this store? Used to be my favorite. But, it has the rudest management now. I witnessed a floor manager yelling at a customer. When I said something about it to the cashier she cut me off and told me I was holding up the line and then proceeded to escort me to the door. I will never go back. This salvation army just lost a long standing customer.

Goodwill Stores
This store is the highest-priced, lowest quality and poorest in customer service in my opinion. I will never shop there again.
