I had previously bought a brand new KIA Sedona a few years ago and recently got in a car accident and unfortunately totalled my car. I texted Tom, who helped me buy my Sedona, and told him what happened and that I would be in need of a new / used car. I told him exactly what I was looking for and with in hours he had several options for me to look at. I decided on a used Kia sorento and was given a very fair price. The paper work was done quickly and efficiently. Tom also took the time to show us how to use many of the gadgets, etc... also filled tank with gas. The car was detailed beautifully and looked like new, and he was able to do that with a four hour notice. Tom is very polite, honest and frank and he really knows his cars. I know he would not let me buy a car if he didn't feel it was in excellent condition. Tom also is very low pressure. My experience with Tom compared to my very first car buying experience at a different dealership was like night and day. Tom will be our dealer as long as he keeps dealing. I would highly recommend him to anyone, including family and friends.

My wife & I stopped in & visited with Jeff about how we needed a reliable mini-van & we needed low payments to be able to afford something. Jeff spent sometime with us looking through the inventory with us & we found one we were interested in, but not sure if we could afford it. To make a long story short, Jeff worked with us for almost 2 hours trying to come up with a way we could afford the mini-van we were interested in & unfortunately we didn't have enough of a down payment to get low payments that we could afford on our fixed income. I felt really bad that Jeff put so much time in trying to get us setup & due to our income we couldn't afford to go through with the deal. Jeff could have easily pushed us to a cheaper vehicle with lots more miles on it, but he wanted to make sure we got into something that wasn't going to cost us a bunch of money down the road. I would highly recommend Jeff, he has renewed my faith in car salesman. I am hoping to return & actually be able to purchase a vehicle from Jeff at a later date. Thank You, Jeff for your help.

Our salesman Billy Keck did an amazing job in which he sold us a 2012 Kia Sportage. Billy was on top of his game!!! He was very informative on every question we had.He was friendly and not a pushy high-pressure salesman. This is what makes him the great salesman he is today. After we drove the vehicle, there was no heckling on the price. We came to an agreement in less than 5 minutes and the vehicle was ours. Paperwork was smooth and well explained and it took only a couple of minutes. The finance manager went over the last few details in a very short time, and we were done!!! In all my years of buying vehicles, this has been the easist and most fun in buying a vehicle. I was given a tour of the service department and met the service advisors. A follow-up call the day after our purchase was great. Billy was checking to see if things were OK. This has been the most outstanding dealership we have ever worked with.

We were referred to John for mechanic service work. I live out of town and have a daughter who is a college grad student in Lincoln. Which is stressful enough at this point, let alone car problems. We came to Lincoln to get her car in for service. It is very difficult to live out of town and to try and handle things long distance. We were very appreciative of the same day service and repair! They stressed the urgency in repair that would be best for our daughter's safety with the vehicle. We left town feeling better about her driving a repaired vehicle. We were very impressed with the service we received from John and Lauren! They were very helpful! The wife is now on her second Kia Sorento, and honestly can't see her driving anything else in the near future. The quality in the vehicles we have got from there is second to none and you throw in the reasonable price for their stock, I have no idea why everyone doesn't rive one. The salesperson we dealt with, was Billy Keck. Like most car shoppers, there is always that uneasiness felling when being approached by a cars salesman, but that was never the case with Billy. He treated us like he was selling a vehicle t his family. Even though they weren't involved in the sale directly, the entire sales staff there was very pleasant and treated us like their own customer. You could tell there was a great sense of "team" there and I don't see us going anywhere else but Kia of Lincoln for our next automobile and would recommend in a heartbeat for anyone else to stop in and see them.

My husband and I stopped in at Dillon's Auto in search of a pickup that was a short box and 4 door. We had no intentions of leaving with truck at all, but just to browse. We spoke with an awesome salesperson, Allen Gill, who showed us numerous trucks with features desired and aligned them all up side by side for us to compare. Allen was super helpful during the process of our decision and knowledgeable about all the trucks. He took the time to compare trucks we liked and made us feel great about our final decision. We could tell right away that Allen was a hard worker and appreciated how he LISTENED to us. Allen gave us one of the BEST experiences and customer service we've had in a long time to be honest. I just have to say that Jason in service is the best. He is always straight forward about repairs and really cares about the customer. I had to bring my Sorento in for repair and leave it overnight. He gave me the name of a company to get a rental from and when I returned the rental less than 24 hours later, they accused me of putting a chip in the windshield and said that they would probably have to make a claim against my insurance. Jason went to battle for me, called the rental company and made sure that I wouldn't have to pay for the chip. It's the above and beyond service that will keep me coming back and I've already decided my next new car purchase will be from Kia of Lincoln! If Kia has an employee of the month program, Jason should get the award! Thanks again!

We have been to looking at cars New and used for a couple weeks. We had checked with other dealers in town visted Anderson Ford n felt presured about decided if we wanted the car or cars we test drove. We remebered we knew a few sales men at Kia of Lincoln. So we decided to go look n test drive a couple cars we saw of there. They did not push us into buying a car. Mike Dunn was very helpful showing different options of the different cars n did test runs with us. Billy Keck was great helping us get what we really was looking for. There was no presure. We thought about it the next day we realized this was the place to buy our 1st NEW CAR! We will refer friends & family to Kia of Lincoln! We can't wait to keep enjoying our new Kia Soul!!

This is the third Kia we have bought from Billy and each time he has gone about and beyond to get us the best deal possible. He listens to what we want in a vehicle as far as options go and also listens to the limits we have and works with all that to make it happen. He is a very easy person to work with and we wouldn't work with anyone else. He respects our time and values our friendship and the feeling is mutual. We also can't say a bad word about any experience we have had at Kia in the service department either.
