    write as if i'm writing to a good friend ? ok...
    I wold have always given the rental furniture and appliances a great review until now , this past week I was past due on my rented laptop ,yes I 've been late before as well and who is that mattering too me? I'm the one paying a late fee as well . I've been a customer of the Grand Island, nebraska store for about 2 years now .
    i am livid that the day I was due I staarted to receive phone calls about my account before the end of the business day . so I chose to ignore them that day . and the next day i was not home . but got 2 very nasty calls on my message machine , from the manager Adam ,

    As of today Saturday Feb. 5th am 5 days past de and have 12 messages on my answering machine and one was recorded at 8 :12 am this is ridiculous and I'm extremely upset and if this continuesI'll do my business elsewhere and call theindependent news and place my opinion of the business there as well , this town is not so big and any bad business people tend to agree with will cost them alot. I can rent elsewhere at rent a center and not be harrassed on the day i'm due , they should value their
    customers in this economy not drive them somewhere else/ like I said i've been a customer 2 years , I nderstand a reminder call or a late payment call but what about the calls ive made to them asking for another computer or to send a tech out to me because it doesn't work so when i get a little bit of service and common curtiousy i think maybe you then deserve to have me pay mind to your phone calls and i will pay my late fee its on my account ... then i will bring the computer in to return and do my business elsewhere.
