When I bought my car the staff seemed decent. Helpful and commited to making a sale. Apparently they sold me a car with a bad battery, they sent a man out to jump my car and said they'd replace the battery, they did. When i said the gas meter was off they told me that couldnt be because they fixed it before i bought it. Thats it.They also told me they replaced the tires and brake pads a few weeks before i bought the car. when my cars system stability started acting wonky I called them and set an appointment with their mechanic who knows their warrenty, whos name I cant remember. I go to my appointment, hes not there. I call him and after 3 missed calls he finally calls me back and says "I forgot about you", he was at lunch. After waiting 30 min he arrives and takes pictures of the clouds in the sky in the middle of talking to me! runs a system check on my car, system check says a bunch of numbers and he tells me has no clue what they mean so he can't help me. Luckily I found out that my brake pads needed changed (different mechanic) and that was probably why the system stability was acting funny.Last year my car wouldn't start but I still had warrenty until the end of that year so I had to unfortunately contact that same mechanic. The starter was out so he replaced it. sometime before that i had someone look at my car and they said other than an oil leak nothing else was leaking. So I go to get my car keys back from that mechanic after he fixes the starting issue and he tells me my vehical is leaking transmission fluid. Funny thing is when I called( to get info about my warrenty) I was informed i could still trade in the car until the end of that month. So now Im wondering if he purposely did thay so id trade in the car?Im not getting a car from this place ever again. The salesmen may have been good and professional but obviously their mechanic is a fucking moron.So be prepared for that when you purchase a car from this place.

On Tuesday, February 22, I brought my car to your store to have the tires checked, because at least one seemed to perhaps have a slipped belt. Although I didn't have a service appointment, Chris Matheny was courteous in signing me in and said one of your men would handle it. Mr. Jim Schroeder came to me very soon thereafter, told me that yes, one of the tires was definitely faulty, and he would see what kind of warranty arrangement could be made toward a tire replacement. He later told me he called the Goodyear office and was given an outstanding deal for my purchase of a new set of tires. He had obviously gone to bat for me, with his commitment to offering the best customer service possible. In every part of this situation, Jim was wonderfully courteous and helpful, and I appreciated his whole demeanor of friendliness and respect. While I was there, I noted that he was also very busy helping several other customers with the same kind of cheerful approach that couldn't help but give all of us confidence in his ability to serve with integrity and professionalism. I left that day with a new set of Assurance Comfortreads and a strong appreciation for Jim's kindness and expertise. His service certainly adds to the good experiences I've always had with your staff, and my compliments go to Jim and all of you for such an excellent commitment to your customers such as I've enjoyed. You have one of the finest facilities I have ever been to both in terms of location, atmosphere, and appearance. Furthermore, one of your employees by the name of Jesse, needs and should be recognized for helping me. He provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. I've been in customer service related roles/jobs for over twenty years so I feel I have a pretty good handle one when someone has gone above and beyond. At the same token too, the technician which rendered the work on my 2003 black, 4door Camry, could not have been more efficient. I had my car in and out in less than thirty minutes with have a tire rotation and balance. We are all just doing our jobs but to the level all the staff here at Graham did their job that day, helped me help my customers for the rest of my workday all the faster too both in terms of getting to location and just totally making my day. Putting me into a great, great mood set for the day when I left the building there that morning. I humbly thank you. Please see to it that everyone that helped me that day receives recognition for such outstanding service. I feel it's fully warranted.

Wonderful experience, Masek gave me a great deal on my trade which brought the price on the car I wanted on the lot down so low, I didn't even need to finance, I bought it! Even though I was approved for financing, which is amazing, because I don't have good credit, they can make it happen! I'm now the proud owner of a car I love, bought a 3 year warranty at a reasonable price from them, the guys that work there are super nice, laid back, and honest. They made it so easy, there was no extra fees or pushy sales at all, AND I got to test drive alone, unlike the big dealerships, so I could focus on my drive and not distracted by small talk, it was fantastic! I definitely recommend Masek Motors to anyone looking for a good car at a low price, don't underestimate the little shop on the corner, good business!

Just a note to thank you all for the excellent service you provided on my truck. Returning from a fishing trip on June 10th from the Northeast part of the state, I had what later you diagnosed as a wheel bearing going out- fast. We spotted your place and despite a clearly full schedule, you folks got us in, fixed the truck, and had us back on the highway in short order. Everyone was truly helpful, professional, and friendly. I wanted to thank everyone at Masek Motors. We just helped out daughter buy a car from them. She is driving back to New Orleans today, we bought the car just yesterday.Last night the check engine light came on, we called them and they made special arrangements to have there mechanic look at it 1st thing this morning. They found theproblem and fixed it. There was no warranty on this vehicle, they didn't have to do anything, but they did. Good customer service is a priority for me and I thank them that it is for them as well.

In addition, Kris King helped me on May 8, 2010 after I drove back to Graham. I wish to compliment the service I received. I had a vehicle quit on me. The service spent a whole day diagnosing the problem. I initially thought the problem was with a fuel pump. The service did not have a necessary tool (was purchased specially for my problem) to determine if fuel pump was the problem. They determined the problem was clogged EGR valve. I was only charged for the computer diagnosis. Truly a professional organization. Thank you.

Passed through Lincoln from Kansas City and happened to find a really good deal on a truck from this place. Butch is the owner's name, and when a problem occurred with the truck right after I bought it, he turned out to be a very honest guy and worked hard to take care of the problem for me, even though I bought the vehicle as-is. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good priced vehicle and want honesty from the start.

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
