I am a disabled veteran and when it comes to dealing with customer service sometimes. It really gets the best of me. I have gone to the store here and the ladies that work there are the best. Today May 1st I Spent a couple hrs at the sprint store trying to get my bill straight. The girls at the store had to call customer service and one guy on the phone was trying to disagree and say they couldn't fix the issue and was actually rude to the rep at the store helping me. she did get them to not necessarily fix the problem but got me credit on the remaining balance that serves as the solution to the issue that was causing the problem. If you want a store you can go to and know when you walk out that they will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied and not alone, you are not just a number or a customer, but a friend and actually mean something there.Those girls at the sprint store in Red Bank are awesome!!!!! Although I have had a few issues with sprint, the ladies at the sprint store always take care of it! Thank you ladies for always being there when needed!

THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE AND TRY TO HELP YOU AS SOON AS THE CAN! THEY TAKE THEIR TIME AND EXPLAIN THE PHONES AND THE PLANS TO YOU. YOU MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT BUT YOU KNOW YOU WILL GET A+ SERVICE!
