I realize that this survey goes by what's referred to as the "Net Promoter Score". My experience at the dealership overall was pleasant. I know that a 7 is neither a detractor or promoter, so I hope this helps. I only gave one 5-- which can be seen above. Dan Rose did a great job at answering questions, showing me cars, and listening to my needs. -- Great when it comes to consultative selling-- good job! I would recommend Dan to my friends and Family. He's very personable and Friendly. I was not pleased w/ the Finance person choosing my payment date to be June 2nd. I would rather pay my vehicle on May 19th and have it cycle like that through the life of the loan. Seems a little inconvenient now, but I'll call VW credit and resolve it. One thing I noticed also, from a co worker who bought a CC is that her survey was filled with several Negative net promoter scores, and now VW goes above and beyond to keep her hap py. I want that treatment without having a bad survey. She bought her car a couple of months before me and they're always washing and detailing her car for free because she had a less than pleasant experience. Probably better if you don't stress the importance of a good survey v.s. bad survey. I've noticed this with a few dealerships and friends who have VW's. One last thing. I called the other day to check on my plates. Courtney, was very polite and did a great job answering my questions. I definitely feel confident with my purchase at Lewisville VW based on the service I got from her and Dan.

Your entire team was very responsive to my needs. As we started with a Demo and moving to a New unit, I was Completely Satisfied that there was a real desire to put together a reasonable deal. I was greeted by The Preowned Director and the New Vehicle Director to assure me they were working to secure a perfect vehicle for my wife's Birthday. On delivery, Lee placed the vehicle on the Show Room delivery area, place a very Nice Huge Bow on the the Passat and had the Sales Team sing Happy Birthday to my wife. All of this was a complete Surprise to her. His walked her through the vehicle options and features and made sure she was not over whelmed with all the Technology. A walk through the dealership to be introduced to our Service Advisor made us feel very comfortable that we were truly at "Home" with our purchase. Thanks again for a Wonderful Experience!!

I just wanted to let you all know how fantastic Alan Brown, Lee Nolen and their VW team were today. It was such a wonderful experience! As we all know car shopping/buying can be so overwhelming and can be full of pressure, angst and to be honest can be such a drag, but today they made it a blast!The energy in their showroom is fantastic, every person on the team was so friendly, and the best part is that every single customer in there was smiling. I am so excited to see what great things are going to continue to come from their store! With a passion, great energy and phenomenal team like they posses, there is no where to go but up!

I am 49 years old and I have been wrenching for years and visited so many auto parts stores I can't even count. This location, in a bi-lingual neighborhood in Lewisville just blows me away in their customer service. I have been raised in a customer service family and dealt with customers for years. My dad always hammered good customer service into my head and I now pass that on. In a failing society of a service that is so much in need this is a ray of hope. My hats off to these Men for the years of "your gonna do what for me"? since I have lived here..... Thank you

My service advivor Kevin Story and the service department at Lewisville VW are the best. I been a VW owner for over 30 years and have been to many dealerships during that time, but by far Lewisville VW service department is the best. As long as own a VW, I will always bring it to Kevin and his team for service and repairs. Now I own 2 VWs and this is the only place I will bring them. They really care about the customer and their car all the way to the littlest details. Awesome Job! A+++

I had a very good experience here. It started with the phone call I made to schedule an appt for a detail. Eric was so helpful over the phone, and Fernando, Kevin and John were too when I arrived for my appt. Kevin did such a great job on my car that it looks new again! It shows that he really takes pride in his work. I will definitely recommend this location and hopefully Kevin will be there the next time I need my car detailed! Way to go Lewisville Car Toys team!

I was pleasantly surprised to have my Routan washed as part of the service. This was not the case in Tyler, TX where I bought my VW and where we moved from recently. Clayton was so respectful and thoughtful I can't tell how impressed I am with Lewisville VW service and their Dealership in general. I can tell you I will be happy to continue driving my Routan and bring it in for service at Lewisville VW as well as remain a loyal VW driver!

Clayton was very professional. Only issue I had was the panel was set to 33 mpg and not to mileage, but I did call back and was assisted. Also, Clayton saved me buying a new tire as Good year said I needed a left front one, and he had it checked and was all about saving me money and verifying tire was okay . Appreciate the caring nature of my service rep.

Clayton was great! I told him that I had to study for a test and you could tell he was trying to get me out of there as quick as possible so I would not be late. He also kept me updated on how my car was doing so I very much appreciated that.

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire.
