This is not your typical dealership....Here's my story... I started looking for a vehicle at a different Nissan dealership. After thinking about it, I set my mind on a Maxima. I started looking online and found Clear Lake Nissan and found their new car inventory. I searched for the Maxima I thought I wanted and got a great e price online. Kurt Moisant emailed me the next morning. I met Kurt that day around 2pm to look at the Maxima. He was so excited, friendly, and made me feel important. He stated that making me happy and satisfied was his number one priority, but not in an obnoxious way. He kept asking me what I wanted on my Maxima, and I wanted all the bells and whistles. I wanted the fully loaded car, but I got picky and wanted the dark rims with the technology package. They did not have my car at this location, but Kurt assured me he would make it happen. This is my first new car purchase, and Kurt broke down every detail and penny when it came to negotiating. He made everything easy for me to understand and after I asked him a million questions he still was smiling. To make a long story short, he found me the exact car I wanted with all the options on it, brand new in Rosenburg. He went there immediately and got my car! We went to dinner around 5pm and came back and there was my dream car! A fully loaded sports package and technology package Nissan Maxima in pearl white with dark rims! It gets even better..... I went to sign all the dreaded paperwork, but Tim Dickerson made that very easy. I ended up getting an excellent rate, 1.89%!!!! Even though I thought the rate was 2.49%. He also answered any questions I had about the financing, warranties, etc. It was getting late and Kurt washed and detailed my car! I don't think you will see a salesman anywhere that would do that and still have a smile on his face! This dealership made my first car buying experience a breeze! I highly recommend them! Clear Lake Nissan
I met with Octavia on Tuesday, February 26th. He listened to what I was looking for and he understood my budget situation. He did not have what I was looking for at the time. He told me that I would be contacted once a vehicle that I described to him became available. The next morning, as promised, Octavia called to tell me the perfect vehicle came in around 9:00 PM on the 26th. I drove out to see the vehicle, which was 45 miles from my office, and I was blown away, it was exactly what I wanted! We did the deal right there on the spot. Octavia was persistent but not pushy, which I appreciated. I will refer Octavia and Clear Lake Nissan to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Testarossa Motors
My wife and I have been dealing with Testarossa Motors for over 10 years . We bought 4 vehicles over that time. We had no problems with financing, quality of cars, or service. Yes, I had problems with my credit before I went to see Deborah but after the 2 vehicles I now have better dam good credit. This would not have been possible without Testarossa Motors. I do not know no one that helps us folks like Mr. and Mrs. Salazar. My name is Tony Martinez. I am sorry to hear that anyone would have anything bad to say about my friends at Testarossa Motors.

It was very pleasant. I e-mailed a few times with Angel about the car that we purchased. I also talked to Ashley. She was very nice and helpful as well. I requested a few more pictures of a vehicle that I saw online. Angel e-mailed the pictures to me very promptly and did a great job communicating the shape that the vehicle was in. The purchase process was fairly quick, I believe I took about and hour and a half from the time we walked in the door to the time that we drove. That includes test drive and paperwork. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

The Salazars are a wonderful couple who will bend over backward to make it happen for you! I told them my price range and what I was looking for and she found exactly what I needed. We love our yaris and it is a great car for my daughter. We couldn't be more pleased. I referred a friend to them and he has thanked me repeatedly for introducing him to them. He has purchased 2 cars from them now and couldn't be more happy.

A Great Experience! In & out in less thsn 4 hours includig test drive and the paper signing. Service was excellent. Everything explained. After yje sale I have also received follow-up calls to make sure everything is alright and to see if I haf any questions. That effort slone means a lot to me because I work as a CSR. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for excellent service.

I am writing this review for my father. He doesn't have email and he is not very good with computers. I purchased 2 cars from Clear Lake Nissan and when I told my father how great the experience was and how good the new Nissan line up looks. He went to buy a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. He loves it. Thanks Clear Lake Nissan for making my family happy and satisfied.

All around 5 star service from the GM, Brian Wilson to our salesman, Collin. I would highly recommend this dealership. They make you feel welcome and you can tell they appreciate your business. From the test drive down to signing I was only there for 2 hours max, they did not waste my time and I appreciate that.

I bought my last car 15 years ago. I choose a pre owned Fiat 500. The entire process was very professional and prompt. The only thing that was a disappoint, was the fact that only one key was provided for the car, I will have to purchase one from the dealer, they are expensive.

I`ve never had a more pleasant experience with getting my and my wife`s cars fixed. Always offered coffee... juice... or water. The Motoring Advisors will chat if they arent with a customer and are always willing to answer questions if asked. Excellent customer service.
