This bank is a good bank , we have never experienced any problems really. The one thing I don't like is that it takes someone twenty minutes to get on the phone to help you. If they don't have enough people to answer phone calls they need to hire other phone reps or have it set up where you can leave your name and number and they'll call you because people have better things to do then stay on the phone for twenty minutes waiting to be helped.

I have had great service before but this time I've been waiting 2 hours for E.R service And still no one- and I've tried to call and no answer - next time don't say you will be here in 30 minutes if your not going to be = bad service

10 month daughter was locked in new car with keys by sibling on accident called Johnsons Gary said that he'd be there in 5 min and HE WAS THERE!!! Didn't charge me. You guys truly were a BLESSING!!!!! AMAZING thank you.
