What a big mistake!! Aesthetically the leather was appealing until I began a closer inspection of their work. The vehicle was supposed to have perforated leather on the seats and door trim but only the seats were done correctly. The trim was not fitted correctly, all 4 doors were different and the material did not fit seamlessly with the door panel as is delivered NEW from the factory. The installer simply didn't know how to perform the work properly. Excess leather was on the front passenger seat that needed to be trimmed or glued down. The front passenger door panel was not reinstalled and flushed properly against the metal frame. They cracked the rear passenger panel and didn't even bother to say anything. I was told, "He didn't know that he did it." The cost of the new panel trim and installation, per my Honda dealership is $420.70. The 60/40 rear seat was not reinstalled and anchored down correctly. Two of my armrests had to be refitted as well. When I spoke to the owners a technician and salesman vowed to make the repairs. I returned to the shop 2 weeks later and spent more than 6 hours there. It appeared most of the issues had been corrected except that the door had to be readjusted again and the seats are STILL not installed correctly. I have to return again to have the leather door trim fitted with additional padding and have the seats reinstalled AGAIN. At least the trim is now perforated. The cracked passenger rear door was sealed with glue that they claim will be under warranty versus a new panel being installed (as I was assured would be done) but they refunded $150 for the damaged door. I urge anyone that has read reviews on this company to pay close attention to those that warn not to let them touch your vehicle. I advise you to check everything out thoroughly if you let them work on your vehicle. Fault lies 100% with the installers but the face of the business must be held accountable for their employees work. Be smart... JUST DON'T DO IT!
