Superior Tire & Service - Goodyear
have used service for at least 7 years we keep all records of service.Today daughter brought one of our vehicles in for oil change and headlight repair/replace. not only was light not repaired/replaced they charged us for it and told us needed shocks fixed she told them only ever serviced here "sorry we have no record of shock repair so must have been done elsewhere and they used bad shocks" after search of records at home was done HERE 5/28 so my advice check ALL work before leaving and keep invoices better yet find reputable service center cant recommend warm springs location any longer

S & R Auto Sales
I am very happy with my experience with S &R auto with my new car. It is a different experience than the other dealership I have been shopping around the last month. They are honest, customer service oriented and I get the best price for my vehicle. Cannot be happier and company like that is hard to find. Michelle is simply the best !!

Las Vegas Auto Sports
Worst dealership on the west coast. At first when I came to look at the cars they had on the lot and during the processes of buying the car I liked they were super nice to me and very helpful(which now of course I understand they were just trying to sell me a car). But later on The level of disrespect and the foul language I got from the owner Thomas after reaching out to him for help after my car started to break down less then 3 days after I bought it was unbelievable. The car was bought on October 12th, 2017 which was exactly a week ago, I'm literally shaking as I'm writing this review. The Car i bought from them is a 2012 bmw 550i At first it was an leaking oil pan gasket which wasnt a big deal(after all its not a brand new car) but then the drivetrain malfunction warning started popping on the screen going on and off and preventing me from putting the car into gear. Not only that they sold me a broken car but they didn't even bother to help me with that.In the first couple times when I reached out for help they kept sending me to different auto shops which couldn't find a sulotion for the cars problem now they are saying there's nothing else they can do for me and blowing me off. Now a week after I got my new car which I was super excited about getting, the car is sitting at the BMW of Las Vegas service center while their still trying to figure out what's wrong with it, which at this point seems to me like they will never actually find the problem and declare it as a Lemon car.I'm new in this country and I'm a first time car buyer, its a shame that they took that exprience and complitly ruined it.If anyone out there thinking of buying a car, Las Vegas motor sports it's not the place to do so.I'm sure there's still other decent and honest car dealerships out there, don't do the same mistake I did and trust this guys.God bless you all and good luck.

Vegas Valley Motors
Vegas Valley Motors is the place to go. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle and the first questions they asked was what specs I wanted in a vehicle. Bob Jr was able to find me a car that was better than I expected. I'm now the prpud owner of a 2015 Dodge Dart SXT.Thank you again for making this process so smooth.

Deals On Wheels
I purchased a truck from here not that long ago. By law any vehicle with more than 75,000 miles must have an inspection of the engine and drivetrain, and submit a report of that inspection to the buyer. The dealer is required to disclose any defects he or she knows about.I brought up a noise the very next day... I was worried about because it seemed to be lower engine knocking. I was told no that everything was fine. The inspection I received had the dealers name and signature on it and not an ase certified mechanic. I took it to a mechanic and was confirmed the rods are going out... as soon as i found out i contacted the dealer in good faith and he has yet to respond. Its been weeks...since he refused to answer is due to the fact im positive he knew he was giving a fraudlent engine and drove train inspection... i have filed a complaint against the license with the dmv and the BBB. That is not something that goes out in a couple hours of owning the truck... i firmly believe that the truck was "slick 50ed" to sell... Buyer beware!

Vegas Valley Motors
I had just gotten into an accident and needing a vehicle right away. Luckily, I knew an amazing person who happened to work at an AMAZING dealership!! I called Bob at Vegas Valley Motors that morning and literally that afternoon he called back with an approval, and a great interest rate for my credit rating (seeing how I don’t have the best of credit) on a reasonably priced vehicle. The down payment was completely reasonable compared to these so called other used car dealerships!! What a great experience. No hassle, straight forward and genuinely nice during the entire whole process. I love my new (used) vehicle! I couldn’t have chosen a safer or better vehicle for my family!! Thank you so much!!! Wouldn’t have been able to do it without you both Bob Sr and JR!!
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
