We were surprised to find a full parking lot and empty restaurant save for the 3 member staff. After inquiring, we learned the Center is closed on Sundays except for church services which were then in progress. This was our 3rd visit as well as the 3rd time we have ordered the same 2 sandwiches - Tree of Life pita for my wife and the LGBTQ for me. The staff must have been the B team as none of them knew how to handle our gift certificate and while both of sandwiches, which were still decent, tasted quite the same as in the past

We had a wonderful family dinner last night. The food was great and the service was excellent. There were 8 of us and we shared crawfish, oysters and crab cakes . We had a really great time!! The crawfish were the best we've had since our time in Loisiana!! June B.

If you know Japanese Food (Sushi), this place is the one. Fish and sushi rice are great much. Sushi chef are looks young but they know how to take care the NETA (fish for Sushi) in the NETA case. If you have chance to go there, check the case you see why they have good sushi. The RICE, they also use the great rice in the US (There are way better rice in Japan)..... \r That day's great NETA were, Shima Aji, Kanpachi, and Tuna from Spain...?, and IWAGAKI (HUGE OYSTER), Shime Saba was the great one. Roll is good, ""Roppngi"" was super!!!

Went to the one on the vegas strip. They gave as a broken high chair for my friends baby. Then when the waitress came over she had nothing good to say about the food. I wanted a bloody Mary she said nope there not good pretty much she said every thing sucked. The service was BAD they were so slow never came to refill our drinks or anything the food was bad we got a variety of shrimp and fish it all tasted the same. The manager was no help or did he seem to care about our experience there. We are locals we will NEVER go there again. If he was a good manager he would of covered our bill for us. Waste of time, money and left as very disappointed. This place gets a BIG FAT 0 no stars or anything. Don't go there you regret it big time and it's difficult to get there.

My boyfriend and I ate here for his birthday last year in August. We were staying at the MGM and were early for our reservation. Within a few minutes we were sat at a table. The server was very polite and friendly. We ordered the summer tasting tasting menu that changes every season and every course as served family style. For the first course we had grilled quail, roasted red peppers, and a cucumber salad. All were simple and tasty. For the main we had grilled filet, roasted chicken, and diver scallops plus sides. We ordered the steak rare and it came out perfect. The steak came out sliced, it was seasoned well, and cut like butter. The roasted chicken was delicious and moist; the scallops were cooked well. As sides we had the potato puree, sauteed corn, and roasted mushrooms; all of which were excellent. The dessert was chef's choice. We had bread pudding and a berry crisp with vanilla ice cream. There was definitely a lot of food and the tasting menu was only $65 per person (and only $30 more per person for wine pairings for each course). The whole experience was pleasant. The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and knowledgable. I have definitely recommended this place to friends and family.

I just ate at Michael Mina's last night, and couldn't wait to wirte my review. I was shocked to see several less than stellar reviews of this resturant! Yes, it is expensive, but the food and service were superb.\r \r The setting is simple, and upscale casual. Very welcoming...not intimidating nor stuffy in the least. Our server was friendly. courteous, prompt and very helpful in suggesting menu items. Before even giving the menu a complete rundown, a complementary sashimi and caviar crostini came out with a matching flute of belvedere vodka... excellent.\r \r After reading the succinct menu, I settled on the Chef's tasting menu with premium wine pairing. 5 courses perfectly paced and matched with wine... incredible. The 2 standouts of the meal were the tuna tartar and lobster potpie... very savory, and perfecly cooked lobster. The one slightly dissapointing spot of the meal ( and this is being VERY picky) was the 4th course... the American Kobe Ribeye with truffle and potato puree. Excellent preparation and presentation, but I think there was a slight holdup at the serving line, because it probably should have been out at the table a few minutes earlier.... still delicious, but could have been a bit warmer. \r \r This was an incredible dining experience. The meal comes with a hefty pricetag, but the experience was far better than most resturants in this price range. I feel that many resturants in Vegas tend to treat people as the one-time customer, but not at Michael Mina's. This was great all around.

Really enjoy eating here, it is our saturday night dinner whenever my family, or biz associates, are in vegas. the pastas are all excellent. i order a little something off the menu - a bowl of spicy marinara and some toasted italian bread with some fresh roasted garlic. best appetizer anywhere and then of course you have to try to eat. lasane and bolognese are the best. the seafood pasta dishes are to die for. a little bit of a ride from the strip, well worth it.

I was so tired wating long lines at the buffet, and this place was a big suprise!\r The dish was so fresh and perfectly cooked. \r \r Next day, I had a craving for the dish, but had to watch a show at Newyork Newyork. So I went to IL Fornaio(Italian reastaurant at NY) and orderd the Seabass; it was a wast of money. (IL Fornaio $28 Buzios $34)\r Buzios' dish was much thinker, fresher and jucier then Il Fornaio.\r \r After the Vegas trip, I have tried the same dish at numerous other restaurants in my hometown ,but couldn't find as good as Rio's. I really want to go back to Vegas only because of this dish!!\r Same price with other buffet, but quaility, healty food.\r \r P.S. The Clam chowder was really bad though.

Best oyster bar hands down in Vegas. They usual have several different types of oysters to choose from and they are shucked right in front of you. There are tables tucked away in the back but if you sit at the bar you can see all the action. I dream about this pan roast chock full of seafood. I get it with pasta rather than rice. We've also had oyster shooters, seafood platter and clam chowder. All of it is delicious and food is served pronto.

On my recent trip to Vegas, I took 3 friends out for dinner to Sea Blue. This was my 1st experience with this particular restaurant, and I was very impressed. From the minute I arrived at the host stand to check in, we were treated like kings. This treatment extended to the bartender as well as the server. The food, from the appetizers through dessert, were fabulous. I eat out A LOT, and the Kobe Ribeye I had for dinner may easily have been the best steak I have ever tasted. It was fabulous, as was the rest of the food my party enjoyed. Our dinners included King Crab, Surf & Turf combo's with Kobe Steak & Lobster Tail, and a variety of appetizer combos. Overall, I had no complaints. Our waiter Jason was very professional and extremly helpful when it came to answering questions. There's no doubt, I probably spent more than I expected to, but it was well worth it. I would return again on my next visit, and would recommend this restaurant to others.

Went there on Seafood night (Thrusdays) cost about 18.00. The first time I went about a month ago it was good they had oysters on the half shell and they were fresh. However went again this last week 4/ 19/07 and it was not very good. The oysters were a dark grey color the fried oysters were over cooked. Crab legs were ok but they don't give you anything to get the crab out of the shell. Probably won't be back. Not consistant with the food quality. Desert area is below average cake was stale and dried out not much in the way of choices like some other buffets I have been.

This is truly one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to in quite a while. The tomato soup I ordered was like tomato paste with a bit of water added. The bread brought to the table was the oldest and driest bread and actually stank! The garnish on my slider plate was made of, I kid you not, a square of rotted celery, a strip of dried and shriveled red pepper topped off by a circle made of a dehydrated carrot. Once I saw the ""garnish"" I asked my husband if we were being secretly filmed for a comedy show...it was unbelievably bad and it cost $40 for some of the worst food ever. Order in a pizza if you have the late night munchies if the ""Raffles"" is your only other option.
