Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas
I have been to the original in Munich so I'm really happy to have a Hofbräuhaus right here in Vegas. While it's not an exact replica (and the food isn't quite the same), the true German essence is captured through the boisterous atmosphere, authentic imported beer and decidedly German menu. I love to take out of town visitors here, and I visit a couple of times a year when I'm missing the gorgeous country of Germany -- one of my favorites I've ever visited. You'll find the as-big-as-your-head pretzels and all sizes of cold beer (from bashfully mini to "holy cow" huge), and and certain times during the year there will be a good German band playing live. Even if you aren't a beer drinker, it's just crazy to come here and not order a beer! It's so good and there's something for everyone from super light to the darkest of the dark. Come during Oktoberfest and you can drink their truly exceptional imported specialty beer. Don't forget a designated driver! This is a great restaurant for large groups as the venue is equipped to handle them. Patrons sit at long, shared tables (just like in Munich), so be prepared to make friends! Kids seem to love the place too because they can dance around and jump to the music. The German food is authentic and tasty. Not fantastic but good (and overpriced). There's a great tiny gift shop in the lobby with cool beer steins, stuffed bear toys, funny hats and lederhosen. The waitresses wear just sexy enough drindls, a big plus for the men in your party. I know my husband and his buddy enjoyed taking a shot and getting paddled by one of the ample-bosomed girls on our last visit. Yes, you can get bent over a table and paddled. It's a gimmick but it's funny to watch guys whoop and holler. The mostly concrete beer hall is huge and cavernous (just like in Germany), so be warned that this is not a place to come for an intimate dinner or soft conversation. It is loud, loud, LOUD in there. When the crowds get heavy, the band gets even louder. Pounding on tables, stomping on the floor, drunken singing and shouting out toasts is not only tolerated but openly encouraged. If you know the chicken dance you will have a blast. While the noise is to be expected, the biggest negative is the service; I don't think I've ever had good service here but that's okay. You'll most likely be too busy stuffing your face with pretzels and beer to worry about that!

Farmer Boys
I'm going to chalk this review up to growing pains and I promise to revisit this location again soon, but my first visit to Farmer Boys was less than successful. I'm so happy to have a nice new burger joint on the Southwest side of town, but this place was more of a miss than a hit with me. And I know my burgers!Let's start with the positives: the place is spotlessly clean. I mean "I'd have zero qualms about eating off the floor" kind of clean. That's a pretty major feat considering I visited at 12:30 on a Tuesday during peak lunch rush hour. The place was packed, there wasn't any seating, but it was super clean. The interior design is very welcoming and comfortable too...if you can find a seat! I asked for my burger wrapped in lettuce low carb style and there was no confusion, so yay for that. Now for the not so good: the menu is a little confusing if you are a first timer. Step back and really study it. Lots of choices, and it doesn't make sense what you get with what. Like can I have fried zucchini if I get a combo, and how many do I get? Nobody could give me a definitive answer. The employees were confused too -- they didn't know what was supposed to come on my burger (and subsequently left the avocado off of my avocado burger). We also had to ask several times for silverware and a side of mayonnaise. When I finally got the kitchen to give me the missing avocado, I was handed a cup of mashed up avocado instead of the pretty slices shown on the menu photos. It still tasted good so I didn't care, but I think this is worth noting.None of these complaints are that serious, but there was one big problem with my meal: it simply didn't taste very good. The food tasted fresh, but it was so bland. It was like the cook forgot to season my meat and zucchini. It was so weird! I don't cook with salt at home -- I actively avoid eating it -- but I had to reach for the salt (something I NEVER do). Freddy's, Fatburger and Smashburger all make more delicious burgers.I really want to give Farmer Boys another chance, and I think they deserve one. But I wanted to share my first impressions for now.

Green Valley Grocery
Most HONEST place to gamble. Yesterday I went to Green Valley Gas Station off of Decatur and Horse, and I put money into a machine, and play dollars, it dealt me 3 Aces on the first hand but for some reason it didn't hold one of them, Then dealt me the ace needed for 4 aces and a kicker, meaning, I was suppose to get 4 aces with a kicker, the middle button has been not working properly on this machine for a while, sometimes it holds, sometimes it doesn't, but because It usually only caused me to loose a pair, I would normally just let it go as if it happened it would be just a dollar or so lost, well because this was a several hundred dollar mistake due to malefaction on the machine, as you can imagine I was upset, so I tell the cashier, they call their gambling dept that runs all their Green Valley Stations Gambling machines, I'll keep all the details short, so what end up happening is they came down, rolled the machines and saw that I was right, had the 3 ace hold it would have given me the fourth ace with kicker, and took full responsibility, owned up, and paid me my money. Going through this experience, I now know their on top of their game, and have complete faith in their business ethics, and will continue to gamble there daily, as this place runs there stores with good business ethics, and above all are honest and fair, you can gamble knowing they aren't cheating customers, or fixing machines to their benefit. Besides being honest with their machines, The manager who works here is also the best manager I have ever seen work at a gas station, she runs this place just a business owner would, and I would know because my husband and I own business' here in Vegas. The whole staff is friendly, and professional. Long story short, I would advise anyone who likes to gamble like me, to skip the casinos, and other gas stations and gamble here at Green Valley Gas Stations, besides them being honest, the machines pay out decent and often, so there not tight like the casinos or other gas stations and their HONEST, they don't cheat you out of your money.

The Halal Guys Las Vegas
I tried to lower my expectations due to the insane amount of hype about this place (albeit from the New York City original cart) but even after several visits, I have to admit that I'm just not a fan. The food just isn't very good. The beef is so salty that all I could taste was salt, salt and more salt. I guess that's what the sauces are for but I'm not a sauce / dressing fan. I guess I'm sort of a purist because I think if the food at its core is tasty, you shouldn't have to drown it in sauce to make it edible -- and that's what is going on here. Heed the warnings about that hot sauce; it is H-O-T and that is not a myth that's overblown. That mess will light your butt on fire! The sad pita bread was just gross. I'm a bread addict and even I didn't want to eat it. I'm not sure if it's made in-house, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not. There was nothing fluffy nor fresh nor appetizing about it. It was bad. The tomatoes, lettuce and cheese were just your run of the mill, straight off the food delivery truck quality. The ONLY good thing on my plate was the rice, and it is clearly the superstar. Flavorful, light and fluffy, it's worth eating (which is fortunate because it takes up the majority of the container)! This place is expensive and the portion size of the meat is too small for what it costs. I don't want to pay $10 for a lunch that consists mostly of cheap rice! The employees are very friendly, competent and willing to help, and the crunchy falafels are a tasty vegan option (serious vegans beware: the line workers aren't as careful as they should be about cross contamination; I saw one lady scooping meat and then falafels with the same utensil).Adding to the problem of the subpar food is the horrendous parking situation. There is quite literally NOWHERE to park. This place is located in a very busy Chinatown shopping mall so the spaces are almost always completely filled all day and all night, making this an inaccessible place to eat or to get takeout.

Hair Creations By Jade
To make a long story short I thought I would look much better as a brunette instead of my existing blonde color so I went to a hair stylist whom I will not mention here and made the change to a mid level brunette color. Well I did look different and I thought the new color would grow on me. I got home and my husband Tom was very upset and said he loved my hair all these years. He had never commented on my hair ever. Go fiqure Men! I looked in the mirror and looked at a recent photo and he was right my old color looked much better on me. I don't know much but my friends sister went through this process and it was difficult to return to her original color. My sister told me I should find someone that does these color corrections all the time. I agreed and starting hunting on the net for a stylist and customers that had gone through this process. I finally found Jade. I brought a recent photo of me and had a consultation with her and was impressed by her honesty and knowledge about color. She said it usually takes two apointments about a month apart form each other to get it right. She even said to me that some people's hair can never get back to the same original color. I felt comfortable with Jade and made the appointment. It took three and a half hours and about 80% the way through the process Jade smiled at me and she said that the color would be spot on. I don't know how she knew because my hair was still wet and full of color. Well she was exactingly right. After washing my hair and blowing it out I was in tears with happiness with the results. I looked in the mirror and at my photo and was amazed. I was so happy and Tom was thrilled and said please do't do that again. Jade I don't know how to say thank you enough but I thought by writing this review would be a start. Regards Blair

Earl Scheib Paint and Body Las Vegas
Very honest and straight forward! Highly recommended! Earl Scheib Las Vegas has done 4 or 5 repairs for me in the past few years. He understands and very much respects my perspective on my body shop needs. I don't drive a polished BMW and when I get a fender bender, all I want is to get back drive-ability with a reasonable appearance. I don't need the fender to be replaced and repainted, I just want the dent popped out and it to look fairly decent. Where other shops would take advantage of my situation, Ari at Earl Scheib Las Vegas has saved me thousands of dollars! He discusses with me the level of repair I want and I have seen him do some amazing things for far less cost than other body shops. There is years of experience at Earl Scheib Las Vegas and it shows in the work they do. I also dropped my car off, there was an Escalade who's left rear was undriveably mangled. It was all apart and I scrutinized it carefully while waiting for him to finish another customer. When I picked up my car after a few days, he had it nearly finished. It looked show room new! So I asked him about it and he gave me a detailed tour, underneath and everything - even pulled the wheel off. I was very impressed with the details he explained to me. The #1 reason I would recommend them is that they tenaciously pay attention to what *you* want, not the insurance company. And if it's your own money, they will find the best solution for your budget. And I'm not speaking from just one isolated experience, but rather having used them for years. And every single time I have been amazed at how much money they have saved me.

Phantasy Hair Salon
Okay, this is the deal. Phantasy Hair Salon owners “say” they do not accept reservations. In actuality they do. If you go in and sign their book and come back hours later, you are the next person in line. This is what happened to me…I went in and saw 7 names on the list. I sat and waited as 4 people got their haircut. In walks a family of 5 and they go and sit down without writing their name on the list. I figured then that something was up, but I wasn’t sure. When the 4th person was finished getting his haircut, 1 member of the family of 5 walked over and sat in the barber’s chair.Sure, their names were on the list a page before mine…but when I sat down I hadn’t figured on waiting for 12 people (or possibly more…how far does the list go back?). Someone should have told me OR they need a better system.Poof! 30 minutes of my day was wasted PLUS the time it took to drive there. Why not simply accept reservations instead of wasting people’s time?!?If you want a good haircut, these folks can deliver…BUT you’ll NEVER know what the wait time will be once you make the long drive there. I’ve gone to Phantasy Hair salon and had to leave SEVERAL times either because the wait list was too long or because there was an unexpected sign on the door during regular business hours announcing that they were closed that day. In actuality, I’ve had to leave the salon more times than I’ve received a haircut…so the odds of winning big on the slots at the hotels on the strip are better than getting a haircut at Phantasy Hair Salon.Good luck to you if you’re willing to gamble a good part of your day! I'm not anymore.

Bridal & Boutique dba
I am am an offbeat bride. I'm a size 20 and feel most comfortable in a t-shirt and jeans. I was dreading shopping for a wedding dress which is the complete opposite of how a bride SHOULD feel. Taking all this into account I'm so happy I went to Bridal & Boutique! Jeanne (or Jeannie?) made me feel immediately comfortable and assured me we would find the perfect dress. I didn't feel judged for my size. She provided a corset bra in my size for me to wear while trying on the dresses since I didn't have the proper undergarments. She was personable and friendly and knowledgable. She put me in a few dresses that I never in a million years would have thought would look good on me, but they did! She has a great eye, and she made me see myself differently. I ended up buying the second dress I tried on because under Jeanne/Jeannie's tasteful eye it flattered my figure perfectly, giving me a defined waist while flattening my tummy. Although the dress isn't exactly my vision, she will have it altered to match exactly what I want. We are altering the length, adding fuller sleeves, a green sash and a green tulle underskirt for a pop of my favorite color for my fall wedding! Additionally, she made sure that even with all that customization it came in at the budget I gave her when I first walked in the door. As someone who was intimidated by wedding dress shopping, my experience at Bridal & Boutique could not have been more pleasantly surprising or enjoyable. I can't wait for my first fitting!

Sambalatte Torrefazione
I'm a coffee snob, there's no doubt about that. I'll admit it. It all started when I first traveled to Italy and I tasted a REAL espresso. There's no turning back from that, and Starbucks just doesn't cut it. There's a REASON there aren't any Starbucks stores in Italy!Sambalatte is a place where they understand good coffee. Each beverage is hand crafted so it's not a place to go if you are in a hurry. I don't mind if the baristas take their time making my coffee, it just goes to show how important it is to them to put out a good cup. It's pricey ($4.50 for a cappuccino) but it's GOOD. This coffee might not significantly change your life, but it'll make you much happier than a Starbucks run would. Give it a try if you are at the Monte Carlo!Make sure you order your coffee to enjoy in the store, not to go. You'll be treated to a real cup, a proper sized portion, and gorgeous coffee art! A cappuccino is worth it just for the pretty presentation! This location has a fantastic attached outdoor patio so on a nice day, sit outside and linger while enjoying some of the best people watching in the country. On nice evenings, there's sometimes a band that plays right outside so you get the bonus of a free show too.I love this place and I love their coffee. I frequent both locations (the one in Summerlin mostly). I'm so happy that this Strip location has opened because our tourists can now enjoy this yumminess.

Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.

Just a moment...
