Vegas Valley Motors
I have to share my story with everybody. So i was car hunting for several weeks got approved in another dealer for a car that I really wasn't feeling it, my stepdad send me an ad for this car that he found on craigslist, so im thinking craigslist ????? big red flag, so I ignore his suggestion but he keep on insisting to go see because the specials were extremely good. I decided to go and check out this vegas valley motors. First thing i saw very nice cars, space very clean, walked into the office and it was very clean, the girl in the front that i kept on forgetting her name even do she introduce herself is very polite and amazing customer service, then i get introduced to Ivan very nice guy and explained to me all the process, liked what i Saw and i applied in 5 minutes, very fast process, got approved but came back next day because i was in a hurry. I told Ivan my top 3 cars i liked and i said i was coming the next day to test drive. Next day I arrived with some bad news the top car i wanted he had discover a bad nice and didn't wanted me to tested, so i started thinking this is BS so regardless what he told me i test drove the car, which it was very good to me , he said he would send to see what was the problem because he didn't wanted to sale me a car that he didn't even know where was that noise coming from ( that right there caught my attention) usually dealerships start giving you excuses kind of saying is just a belt, or a screw blah blah blah so you can still get the car right at that moment but in this case i was surprised that he offered to take it to the dealership to see what was wrong with it and he told me if it something wrong that i know its going to cost a lot we gonna take the lost and not sale it at all because it didn't have that noise before. My Jaw drop, i was completely in shock, coming from my experience i got a car sold by a big dealership that had changed the carfax on me and sold me a total loss car. Next day obviously he said im sorry we have to look for another car, so i go back and look at all the new cars they brought which are 2014, 2013, 2012, im like this dealership is a very good one ,owner has a lot of potential, again i already felt like home and appreciated because of the way they were treating me i didn't feel like they were looking at me just with dollar signs in my face they were treating me as a person, that they care i didn't get screwed. while looking at the new cars, I met the owner Grayson, very nice down to earth guy , Ivan explained to him who i was and he start talking about the problem the car had and he straight told me, i am not selling you a car if i dont know how much would it cost me to fix because that would be a lost for me but not just that , is just because if it has a problem now six months down the road you have to fix something else then i would have not done my job correctly, then he goes , i believe in karma and is not on me to sale you something is giving me a problem now, i rather get you in something i know it will last you long then something i see it can give you a problem later, i want you to be happy and i care for customers, he said give me minute let me look at your deal again, so at this point my jaw dropped again (he was leaving but decided to stay to look at my deal and see what other car he can get me , something i wanted ). after we started talking about the problem i had with a car and a dealership before. My point is I really have never met a person that actually cares for somebody needs, specially on a dealership. Everyone is very professional, and im very happy to do business with vegas valley motors. I totally recommend this dealer, they are extremely professional and know you will walk away with good quality. Affordable prices and payment for everyone. Couldn't give more stars because it allows only 5.

Team Ford Lincoln
I have had numerous experiences at Team Ford Lincoln. The service I have received has been above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service. After reading the previous review, I found myself compelled to write this statement.First thing, what kind of battery dies while the vehicle is engaged and in motion? Second, I would think the dealership that charged $350 to assist you would be the one taking advantage of a person's misfortune. I have had dead batteries in my lifetime and I have never paid that much. Having battery issues here in Las Vegas isn't uncommon. It's 100+ degrees, dry and dusty. Secondly, I believe I know the sales manager you are referring to. I find it impossible that she would have said the things you are claiming she said. In the event that your recollection of the conversation could be incorrect, I would like to introduce a couple of words as well as their definitiion to you. Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, or traducement—is the communication of a false statement that harms the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal action to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism.Under common law, to constitute defamation, a claim must generally be false and have been made to someone other than the person defamed.[1] Some common law jurisdictions also distinguish between spoken defamation, called slander, and defamation in other media such as printed words or images, called libel.[2]I am so frustrated over people looking to hold someone accountable for everything that happens to them. Wether in their control or not. We now live in a society where so many are looking for something for nothing and refuse to take accountabilty for anything. Just accept that things just happen. And when you don't get the answer you wanted, think about it before you slander another person just because you don't like the answer you have received.

Earl Scheib Paint and Body Las Vegas
Very honest and straight forward! Highly recommended! Earl Scheib Las Vegas has done 4 or 5 repairs for me in the past few years. He understands and very much respects my perspective on my body shop needs. I don't drive a polished BMW and when I get a fender bender, all I want is to get back drive-ability with a reasonable appearance. I don't need the fender to be replaced and repainted, I just want the dent popped out and it to look fairly decent. Where other shops would take advantage of my situation, Ari at Earl Scheib Las Vegas has saved me thousands of dollars! He discusses with me the level of repair I want and I have seen him do some amazing things for far less cost than other body shops. There is years of experience at Earl Scheib Las Vegas and it shows in the work they do. I also dropped my car off, there was an Escalade who's left rear was undriveably mangled. It was all apart and I scrutinized it carefully while waiting for him to finish another customer. When I picked up my car after a few days, he had it nearly finished. It looked show room new! So I asked him about it and he gave me a detailed tour, underneath and everything - even pulled the wheel off. I was very impressed with the details he explained to me. The #1 reason I would recommend them is that they tenaciously pay attention to what *you* want, not the insurance company. And if it's your own money, they will find the best solution for your budget. And I'm not speaking from just one isolated experience, but rather having used them for years. And every single time I have been amazed at how much money they have saved me.

Ewing Bros Auto Body & Towing
With the kind of luck I have, I've witnessed first-hand the capabilities of many tow truck companies. This job was especially difficult, and Ewing Brothers pulled it off with professionalism and style. Our tow was a 28ft Airstream motor home, wedged in between a house, a gate, and a property wall, made more challenging by a hedgerow, another fence and a neighbor's vehicle. It was impossible to get the tow truck straight-lined to the Airstream, and required the driver to pull, winch, re-pick, reposition, wiggle, bring his mirrors in to not hit a streetlight, watch 3 point guards and, in general, have his head on a swivel. The fact he didn't call in air support with a helicopter lift was impressive. The driver was very responsive to nervous owners (me and the wife, plus the owners of the wall, gate & neighbor's vehicle), and took the time necessary to extract our motor home without damage. Brett, our towing expert, brought cribbing, cabling, rigging and tools, and the knowledge to use all options available on his tow rig to perform precision maneuvers with only inches of clearance. I can not express enough our gratitude to Brett for his help and professionalism with our baby. Ewing Brothers' truck was clean and well-maintained, the attitude of their staff was excellent from dispatcher to driver, and the results were fantastic.

Excel Auto Body
I was referred to tiffany at excel by her father who is a coworker of mine. The first time I used her to repair my vehicle her guys did a decent job. There were some issues with finish but she had them sort it out.I would have recommended her shop at this point. Fast forward and I get Ino another accident. My car was at her shop for over a month. When I got it back the car looked like hell. Drips and runs, tape lines with paint flakes poking out, the Window glass was reinstalled improperly.I had asked her to please shut windows and doors to protect the interior of my wife's beautiful car. However the entire car both inside and under the hood were covered in a thick layer of paint/body dust. The colors of the paint scheme were not applied in the right places. I've now left the car with her twice to fix the problem and both times I've been without a car for weeks only to receive the car back in no better shape.Tiffany doesn't take time to ensure quality control or even to ensure her customer gets what they need. I honestly feel that she doesn't care about me.Because if she did, my car would be done right by now.But it is still wrong, I am unhappy, and I'm not about to leave my car at her shop yet another time.I will have to come out of pocket at another shop to get this fixed. Thanks for nothing tiffany.

S & M Auto Body
ABOVE AND BEYOND! This was the first time I have ever been to a collision specialist. I have never been in an accident before, and I got in a fender-bender that bent my front panel so much the front door couldn't open, and of course the lamp was busted. It was nasty, especially because the car is leased. I thought for sure that it would never look like new again. I did a lot of research online and S&M looked the best, and they were. I took the car in for an estimate and even though they were busy they took the time to explain every step of the process to me, they explained how to manage things with my insurance, and they even gave me advice on what kind of insurance is easiest to deal with. I couldn't believe how helpful they were. They answered all my questions, and all I had to do was leave the car there, tell the insurance where it was, and that was it. They took care of the rest. I just came back when it was finished, paid my insurance deductible, and drove away in a brand new looking car. Not only had they fixed it to perfection, but it actually looked better than when I first leased it because they had it washed and waxed to a shine. I would go there just for detailing if they offered it, the car looked so nice. I was amazed! Highest possible recommendation!

RT Motorsports Auto Sales
Drove by this place and saw a black 2008 Audi A6 Avant. This car looked sweet. Salesman came up and we started talking about it. Nice guy but seemed a bit shady, c'mon this was a dealership off Nellis you know. Asked to test drive the car and they said they would have to run a credit check first. Never heard of it, so decided against it but really loved the car. Went back a few weeks later with my son and car was still there. My credit wasn't great so decided what the heck. They came back and just handed me the keys, said take it for a spin salesman didn't even come with! Found it kind of odd but I guess my credit wasn't that bad. Fell in love with the car, instantly. Came back and obviously we haggled on the price. They Audi actually worked with me on my trade in, a down payment, and even spread out my down payment as well, I was shocked! Finally settled on a price but was still hesitant only because didn't know what to expect from a used car with no warranty. Took it to an Audi dealer a month later to change the oil, serviceman said car was in good shape, just tires needed to be changed since they weren't the recommended tires for an Audi. I love my car, no doubt. I am shockingly surprised by how they treated me here and how good of a car I got. Thanks R/T.

Earl Scheib Paint and Body Las Vegas
Earl Scheib Las Vegas is the best. I was in my first accident a few days ago and I had no idea what to do. A friend told me about Earl Scheib Las Vegas so I went there expecting the worst and ready to be taken advantage of because I was a woman. I couldn't have been more wrong. Ari treated me with respect and his professional attitude convinced me I went to the right place. He explained in detail the scope of work needed and the cost involved which was much less than I thought. I didn't want to go through my insurance because I didn't want my rates to go up. Ari gave me a quote and I was so amazed I had to ask again. When I went to pick up my car 3 days later, the car looked like new just like when I bought it. The workmanship was professional and you would never know that the vehicle had severe damage only a few days before. Ari and Jack definitely know the meaning of customer service and I was so impressed that I asked if I could thank his employees in person which I did and they both were as courteous and professional as their supervisors. Ari runs a tight ship and a professional crew and I highly recommend that if you require paint and body work on your car that you go to Earl Scheib Las Vegas.

David's Complete Auto Repair
I purchased an RV from out of state and wanted to get it inspected and brought up to date before my 1000+ trip home. I was so fortunate to find Davids auto repair. David made sure a full inspection of the motorhome was done, he found numerous small issues and added a lot of new parts that had deteriorated from just sitting in the sun for too long. He found a few things that the dealership failed to find and fix and helped me get the costs for that covered. I looked up the prices for the parts he put in and found that he sold me the parts at cost and found me better discounts on other parts that were of the same quality. He called me 2 or 3 times every day to keep me up to date on what they were doing. He even came out to the dealership to meet me and go through the RV with me while the dealership tech gave me the walkthrough. For everything they did to my new motorhome, the price was very fair. These guys are real professionals, they know what they are doing! Purchasing from out of state was a stressful experience because of everything that could go wrong on the trip home. David made sure the motorhome purred like a kitten all the way home. I highly recommend Davids complete auto repair!!!

Discount Muffler Brakes and A/C, Inc.
Bryan and his entire staff of professionals are the very best I have dealt with in over 50 years. I have an antique 1976 Chrysler New Yorker Broham I have owned for many years. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and auto air condition is a must in our 120+ heat in the summertime. I tried for over 6 months to get a reasonable estimate on getting it fixed and $2000.00+ was out of the question. I went to the internet and found this site and business with so many satisfied customers it was unbelievable.I called for an appointment and got in the very next day. I met with Bryan the manager and was immediately impressed. He gave me a rough estimate of $250 to $350, depending on what they found in the system and what new parts were needed. Bottom line is it took about 4 yours of work and a return 2 days later because of a freon power hose that had to be ordered. I now have ice cold air with a total cost of $352.00, including taxes. All these positive write-ups of Bryan and his staff were 100% right. The repair workers even took time to talk with me personally, which is highly unusual. A 5 star rating isn't high enough. I give them all a "PERFECT 10". A super- happy customer in Las Vegas Nevada. Don.
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.

Just a moment...
