Great pool good price.3-16-13 Called Desert Springs Pools for quote on 3-28-13The first available day to come to our house for a preliminary quote was not until March 28.3-28-13 The pool designer was about an hour late but called to explain at the time the appointment was scheduled.4-2-13 Met at their design center to see virtual designs . We were given a quote comparable to blue haven pools and vintage pools but they were giving us MORE. (We had also called out prestige pools but the owner took two weeks to get back to us and we had gotten 3 quotes and already signed with Desert Springs.) We liked Desert Springs design the best and were getting more decking and a 83 perimeter pool that was 476 sq ft total. It was larger pool than the other quotes. Desert Springs started with a 40k price and dropped it down to 33k with their incentives. We did a similar pool with them in 2009 for 25k and was able to get a deeper discount on this pool which brought that$33k price to $28k. I asked the pool designer to send me digital copies of various screen shots of the pool plan. I did not get these shots any time soon and had to ask multiple times. The contract had an estimated START date of 4-22-13 and COMPLETION date of 5-30-13.And so it begins:4-18-13 Sprayed out pool.4-26-13 Bulldozer was delivered Friday. 4/29 & 4/30 Dug pool Monday/Tuesday (Moving along rather quickly :)5/1 to 5/3/13 Equipment, steel, electrical (Moving along rather quickly :)5-16-13 Gunite (Moving along rather quickly :). I noticed two umbrella sleeves and an irrigation sleeve were missing. I reminded the company and even sprayed a reminder on the ground to make sure they were included and to prevent a mistake. I was not at home during most of the pool construction. 5-18-13 Tile (Felt like a long delay time for next step)5-31-13 Concrete decking 6-10-13 cool deck6-12-13 block wall. (Block wall guys noticed a mistake, the company was going to install my old gate instead of the rv gates in the contract, this was corrected before mistake was made, almost immediately.6-13-13 gate part 16-14-13 gate part 26-18-13inspection6-19-13 pool clean out6-20-13 plaster6-22-13 start upCompletion date was 3 weeks longer than expected but pretty close,Bummer, that the designer was flakey this time around. Here is the situation with him.Sent text to designer on 4-22-13 for pics of pool. No response.Left a voicemail asking a few days later. On 5-21-13 I asked again and was a little snippy and finally got the pics that I originally asked for on 4-2-13 on 5-22-13. I could not really get help from the designer once pool docs were signed. Some other people assisted me in the show room with tile and decking. Some were helpful others not so helpful. If you are inexperienced with design and pools I HIGHLY suggest making the designer help you pick out you tile, decking, plaster/pebbletek, and cool decking before you even talk prices. Then talk price and sign docs. There is no reason to make multiple trips down to pick out all that out later and they are so busy its hard to get real design help later down the road. Terri, who does scheduling is quite helpful and will even text back and forth.

In response to all the bad reviews and the accusations that you read are because when we make a report to the warranty companies we tell them exactly what we see and what is wrong. Then at this point the warranty companies decide whether it is covered or not. We do as we are told by the warranty companies. We work for them not the other way around. We used Desert Springs Pools and love our final product. There were a few hiccups, like communication between the salesman Al and the construction department. Thankfully I work from home and was able to catch the problems. It also took a little longer than we thought. They do have many divisions, we also used them for landscape, and would not use them again. I was a little irritated that Al did not want to sign the contract for the built in BBQ, that did not make sense, however there loss, we went with someone else. I would definitely use them again for a pool. Terry in the construction office was great to work with and the quality & design are great!

Guaranteed Pool Service
Had a problem with an air leak in my system that was causing the lousy chemicals I bought from Wal- Mart to foam up my pool into a giant Mr. Bubble bath tub. The below freezing temps we've had recently then FROZE that foam. Now I'm breaking up and shoveling snow out of little ANTARCTICA in my own backyard.Truly sucked. I assure you.Guaranteed Pool found and fixed the air leak and installed a new filter. Timely response and excellent repairs (at an excellent price) have my pool now running ....CLEAR, strong, and on auto pilot.Thanks Robert and Ramon. Our Pool guys from this day forward!

I LOVE DESERT SPRINGS POOLS ! Their Renovations Department just Renewed our Backyard Retreat ~ and We LOVE IT ! We recently moved into a home here in Las Vegas and the pool had been neglected for years, the tile was falling off the wall, the plaster was cracked and pitted throughout, out pool deck was cracked and crumbling, the equipment had been stolen and the wiring cut. It looked like a hopeless project, but a few thousand dollars later, we have a Like-New Pool and Spa for our family and friends to enjoy !!!! You guys did an amazing job, thank you !!!

My pool pump went out on a Thursday and my wife went on line to find a pool service company. She received five quotes ranging from $600.00 to $900.00 for the repair. I told her to keep looking. She received an email from a company called Poolserv. I called the company and spoke to gentleman named Ronnie. I gave him all the info on my pool pump and he said he could have it fix by the next day. Friday, "a holiday weekend" for $500. I told him fix it. Great service from a good guy. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you

Garan Pool Service
Called Steve Garan after reading the reviews on YP. As new homeowners we were not sure if the pool was filtering correctly and Steve came over same day and took a look free of charge! He checked the pool out and when it turned out to be a more complicatedd electrical issue with our filter, he gave us the name of a compeetent pool electrician that could help. Was a great guy,offered friendly and fast service.Will likely be calling him for routine maintenance once our pool is ffiixed. Would recommend him to eveeryone!

Desert Springs Renovations
We had our pool re-plastered and tile replaced by Desert Springs Renovations in November 2015. Brandon and Matthew were very nice and easy to work with. Matthew went out of his way to accommodate my requests. Rueben and Arturo did an excellent job on the tile and pool repairs. Martin and his crew did a nice job on the plaster removal and an excellent job on the blue quartz plaster. They are Professional, Friendly, Courteous and Prompt. We would highly recommend them.

Clarity Pool Service
I just started using Clarity Pool Service and I'm impressed already. He returned my phone call promptly and set up service immediately. He seems to be responsible and showed up to our appointment in a timely manner. He seems organized, knowledgeable and very thorough. I expect him to be much more consistent than my last pool guy who would rarely show up. After one cleaning (and it took a long time!) our pool already looks so much better.

Scottys Pool Service
My pool guy after a year fired me as a customer because of the trees in my back yard. I was in a real bind and needed a great company that wasn't afraid of a little work to keep my pool up to par. I have to say these guys are pros, Scotty calls to inform me of problems and leaves me service slips in my skimmer lid so I know he came by! I have to say this is a huge step up from my last pool service company!
