Terrible! It took them over a week to repair the glass. They did not repair it properly and had to come out a second time. They failed to schedule the second appointment with me; and of course, when they showed up at my house no one was home. At that point they decided to jump the fence and enter my backyard. After all that they decided to call me. When I did arrive home they proceeded to jump my fence again and entered my home via the backdoor before I even entered the front door. Unacceptable!
JOSE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT IN COMING TO YOUR HOME AND DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB! HE PUT A CUSTOM SCREEN DOOR UP FOR MY SLIDER . HE CAME ONE DAY AND WAS BACK THE NEXT WITH IT!!! DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. ALSO, HE REPLACED A CAMPER SHELL WINDOW. WORKS VERY HARD AND HAS A NICE SON, MARK, WHO HELPS HIM AND LOVELY STAFF......HE SENT ME TO EDGAR, WHO TINTED MY WINDOW. EDGAR IS ON COLTON. A FINE, HARD WORKING YOUNG MAN. HE RAN OUT OF BUSINESS CARDS BUT I THINK HIS NAME IS WINDOW TINTING . HE IS ON COLTON STREET. LOVELY INDIVIDUAL.
Today 4/25/2017 we had GC Glass install 2 new windows on the front of our house. The price was quite reasonable and our installer Dillon was courteous and professional; his work was excellent and he took his time to make sure the installation met our approval. We would recommend this company wholeheartedly!! David & Shirley B.
Only shop I allow to work on my truck. A highly experienced team with amazing shop! I have had everything from a simple oil change to a new transmission done and never had any problems with the staff or repairs!
Amazing service everyone there was awesome fixed my truck perfect have now put 50,000 miles on it and still no problems thanks everyone at under ground will for sure be coming back
I had a small job, one pane of a dual pane window replaced. I was very happy with the gentlemen that came out to my home and their attempts to clean up the glass. I like that I was given 2 options for repair and though the prices were reasonable for the amount of time it took to install and clean up the new window. The was a small job and I was treated with respect.
AMAZING professional service for a low price, glass installer was very detailed in his work and made sure my car was treated with care! highly recommend!
This auto glass shop is the one i trust most family owned i would highly recommend it to family and friends.
Muy satisfecho con el trabajo que me hicieron en AUS Autoglass, todos los trabajadores unos profesionales, desde la oficina hasta el área de piso, gracias AUS Autoglass, mi carro quedo al 100%.
I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their service. They had my truck for ONE MONTH(exactly 4 weeks). I placed at the very least 30 calls to their shop, over the 4 week period, just to try and get updates since they had it so long. Probably only 4 or 5 of my calls were answered during the entire 4 week period, and I NEVER received a return call from them, even after having left messages. I had to get lucky and call at the right time for them to answer. The problem ended up being the fuel pump, and a fuel relay module. We discussed putting an after market upgraded Air Dog system on it which they highly recommended. So I agreed to it. The one call I did get was to come pick it up. Cost was roughly $1,000. Their website advertises $89 an hour shop rate, I was charged $95 an hour. Before I got the truck home, I could smell diesel as I was driving down the road. I stopped and opened the hood to see diesel fuel all over the engine compartment. I called them immediately and of course got no answer. When I got home I took a closer look and found that the old line that they supposedly "capped" was leaking diesel everywhere because they stuck a bolt in it with a hose clamp(didn't work guys). I'm not even sure why there would still be any pressure on that line, they told me it was bypassed. Additionally they mounted the Air Dog system on the frame where it actually hangs down below everything else. I asked about that, and said that I thought it was going to be a problem(for clearance). The response I got was, "do you go four wheeling a lot?". In my 4 wheel drive truck??? Yes I do, that's precisely why I bought a 4 wheel drive. I will find a better spot to mount it myself. I don't have another month to wait without my truck. Also, the Air Dog system they installed is so loud, I can actually hear the pump while I'm in the cab, over my Cummings diesel motor while it's running. I think everyone knows how loud a Cummings is. It's even louder and more noticeable when you're standing outside next to the truck. I realize UDP doesn't make the pumps, but they might want to consider a better location for mounting it, if it's that loud. The only good thing that did happen, is that they sent a tow truck to pick up my truck free of charge. I've had complete transmission rebuilds, and engine replacements done in a fraction of the time, with better quality of work. I had heard they do quality work at UDP, but I can't even agree with that. In my opinion they did a poor job on the Air Dog installation. I WON'T BE BACK. It was an OVERALL POOR EXPERIENCE.
