Northern Lights and Fans LLC
I just happened to fall upon this store on my way home this afternoon because I was looking for ideas for my new home. I want to say I was quite surprised at what I saw and you never know what you are going to find when you least expect it. The gentleman Eric was quite friendly and very accomodating took the time to show us the many fan and lighting selections and when my home is completed I will be back to make a purchase and the selection was far better than Fanco or Lamps Plus and the prices were a lot lower and the quality was far superior . So if you looking for lighting for your new home , this should be your destination.

Ohh Snap! To all my girls in vegas, this is by far the best cell phone store in town, went with my old galaxy to check some battery never ending story and the guy was so nice, checked it right away, find out that there was something in the softwcrap or whatever, fix it and gave it back with no charge! he told me that when i'm going to have a real problem remember him and come back, this is the best weekend ever! thought i'm going to pay like $200 on that damn phone, thank you #Ned@fonesgonewild!!

WOW! 5 Stars indeed

Stay away, this company is horrible, terrible customer service, rude, and they double billed and still turned my phone off. Im porting out, asap. If you have them run, never consider this company. If you get past the automated crap, you may talk to a person that barely speaks English, and id rude. Asked for a supervisor was on hold and back to same person but she said she was the supervisor. They are sketchy, dishonest, liars and cheats.

Robert J Langan Engineering
Bob Langan is an excellent engineer. He has many years of experience and is detailed and thorough. He has done a reputable work for our company for years. I would highly recommend him to others.

Robert J Langan Engineering
Mr. Langan's work was highly sub par and his attitude towards women was very condescending. I would not recommend him for his services at all. Do yourself a favor and use a different engineer.

Robert J Langan Engineering
Bob Langan was contracted to do work for our company and came highly recommended. Unfortunately, he did not fulfill his contract with us and was repeatedly unpunctual and unprofessional in his work by not showing up to necessary meetings. I do not give Robert J Langan Engineering a good recommendation at all.
Tips & Advices
  • Cameras
  • Motion sensors
  • Alarms
  • Smoke, CO2, and flood detectors
  • Flashlights
  • Panic buttons
  • Door and window stoppers
  • Spot lights/floodlights
  • Etched window glass
  • Combination safe
  • reinforced locks
  • Placing signs and sticker for security systems outside home
  • Personal safety items (firearms, stun guns, pepper spray, batons, etc.)
No, it is possible to install a home alarm system yourself. Some systems are specifically designed to be installed by homeowners. These systems are often cheaper and more customizable. However some systems require the expertise of a professional and installation should be left up to them to avoid making any errors. Review the specifications of the system and/or contact the manufacturer if you are unsure about its installation requirements.
  • Easy and inexpensive to install and does not require any drilling or modification of the home.
  • Does not require a landline.
  • Can be taken from one home to another during change of residence.
  • Can be combined with a hardwired system.
  • No need to change any batteries, as with wireless systems
  • No interference from other signals
  • All hardwired systems run on essentially the same technology so products and services from different companies will be compatible with each other.
  • If moving to a home with a hardwired system already installed, you can save money by bypassing installation costs.
  • New security equipment for these systems is less expensive than for wireless systems.
  • Can be combined with a wireless system
  • Hardwired: A system that uses cables to connect all sensors to a central control panel within your home. The cables are usually installed within the walls or floorboards of your home. The control panel then uses your home’s landline connection to call for assistance (police, fire, medic).
  • Wireless: A system which uses wireless technology (wi-fi) to connect all sensors to your home’s central control panel. The panel uses the established network to communicate with the outside for assistance.
  • A combination of hardwired and wireless: Custom systems can be configured to have a home totally hardwired and equipped with wireless outside communication (no landline), or have a totally wireless home and hardwired outside communication.
