Eric M. Lindsey Ocular Artists Inc
Kellie Cook — 5 starMy daughter had a piece of iron go through her eye when she was only 2 years old. It was the worst day of my life! Thankfully she still has her eyeball but it is sunken in and there is no color anymore. We were sent to a prosthetic doctor to get the prosthetic lens to ensure she has the pressure on her bones so they will grow with her body and so her eye can look as normal as possible. Her first lens was not made by Eric. We had the hardest time getting her to wear it because it did not fit right and it was very uncomfortable for her. And I must say it looked horrible! If she does not wear her lens she will have to have her eyeball removed and have an orbiter I think is what its called implanted in the back of her eye sockett and then a prosthetic over that. As a mother I don't think I will ever be prepared for that! We moved to las Vegas and I found Eric Lindsey on line and got my daughter right in to see him! He is AMAZING!!! He took the time and patience to make sure her lens was right. And it looks Fantastic! I can not explain the feeling when someone says she has the most beautiful eyes! They have no idea that she even has a prosthetic eye!!! I am so thankfull to you Eric and I know Keltzie is as well!! She has no problem wearing the lens you made her. I think when she looks at herself in the mirror she herself is amazed because it looks so real!!! Thank you so so much!March 20, 2015 · 1 ReviewLike · Comment

Harvest By Roy Ellamar
Came here for their "Harvest Hour" (aka Happy Hour) one night. Wow. Drinks and little bites off their "snack wagon" were all $7 each, which was a incredible bargain. The drinks were really good and made with fresh, unusual ingredients. As for the snack wagon, it operates somewhat like a cart at a dim sum place. You select offerings from the cart and then the cart operator stamps a card. We had a little smoked trout dip with crackers, some goat cheese and beet salad and a Hawaiian poke bowl. Each one was really, really good. The snack wagon doesn't come around very often though, so you have to strike while it's there.

Candy Color Lenses
Just wanted to say few good things about this company. My daughter was bugging me on buying her some contact lenses. I finally gave in and gave this company a try. She loved the color and the feel of the lenses. Unfortunate after a day of wearing them she accidentally ripped them while putting them away. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the lenses as long as I return the original. Within a week the new pair arrived. Thank you for your great service!

Candy Color Lenses
I looked all over the place for some crazy colored contacts. This place had a good selection and most important great price. I bought Red crazy lenses and paid for next day shipping. The shipping price for next day was little high but that's what I get for getting them last min. The item arrived on time and without any issues. Contacts work out great at the office party and I had no issue at all with this company. Do recommend it.

Eyecare About Vegas
I informed Dr Morrison of having issues with headaches and he did so many vision test to pin point my issue of why I was having such headaches. He also has some great stories to tell to put you at ease of being there. Out of the last 5 years of going to him for my eyecare needs I have never had to wait and him and his staff has always treated me like a VIP. I would recommend him to everyone I know that wants a good eye doctor.

Candy Color Lenses
I have owned probably over 20 different pairs of contacts from this company and have been very pleased with the service. Customer service has always treated me well and I live in Hawaii and received my product in a timely manner. The price point is always affordable considering other sites sell the same for over the price they do. I really do like shopping with this company and recommend them to many others.

The Vision Centers
They have an excellent selection of of High End Eyeglasses as well as Sunglasses. The staff is very friendly. They also seem to be a bit pricier in terms of service.I don`t mind the price difference , but they`re service as a whole needs to be better if they want to justify the difference in price. Long wait times even when I had a scheduled appointment .Very disapointed in that part of it

Dr. Paul Thompson
Dr. Thompson is by far the best Optometrist I have ever been to. I have only been in Las Vegas for 3 months and a co-worker recommended him to me. Dr. Thompson changed my eyeglasses prescription and I have never seen so CLEAR! He fit me with Acuvue Oasys contact lenses and they are super comfortable. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

Charleston Outlet
Charleston Outlet is my preferred thrift shop to go to. I can go there and find gently used items that I love. Whether I go looking for a shirt or shoes I find exactly what I'm looking for. The prices are unbelievable and the staff is very helpful and friendly; always greets me with a smile. I enjoy going shopping at Charleston Outlet.
Tips & Advices
A regular eye exam focuses on the general health of your eyes, while a contact lens exam is focused specifically on how your eyes react to contact lenses. A contact lens exam tests how well you see while wearing contacts. Your eyes are also evaluated to make sure your tear ducts produce enough tears to allow you to comfortably wear contact lenses.
The cost of contact lenses depends on the type of lens being purchased and the vision problem that is being corrected. For nearsightedness, you'll be able to purchase a box of six lenses for roughly $25. Each lens needs to be replaced after a couple of weeks, which will require you to purchase 10 boxes of lenses each year, for a total of $250 per year. Contact lenses that treat other conditions like astigmatism and presbyopia are more expensive, and can cost $500-$700 a year.
Some people may experience certain side effects when wearing contact lenses. Dry eyes may result, and some people may experience eye or eyelid inflammation. Some contact lens wearers may also develop allergic reactions to the liquid contact lens solution that is used to clean and disinfect the lens.
The cost of an eye exam can range $50-$250 or more. The cost will depend on the tests that are included, and whether the exam involves a contact lens fitting. The cost of the test will also hinge on whether the exam is performed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
An eye exam typically takes 20-30 minutes. If additional tests are required, the process could take longer. Eye exams test your sight, but they are also used to make sure your eyes are in good health. During the test, your eye care professional will ask if you've been experiencing any problems with your vision. Your eyes will be examined using a device known as an ophthalmoscope, and the movement of coordination of your eyes will be checked.
