My head office where I work in NY has a dozen of sub-companies in Las Vegas. As a result, every fortnight I have a trip to the city of lights. Definitely, I don’t have any car in another part of States, so one day, totally tired of using public transport (where everything just annoys me). I’ve asked my colleagues for advice about the cheapest limousine service in LV. And they strongly recommended me to order cars from «MW Travel Vegas». It was a brilliant idea! Firstly, all the cars are extremely comfortable: while my favorite choice Town Sedan ( https://limoscanner.com/partner-vehicle/1499-town-car-sedan-mw-travel-vegas/ ) is riding to a business meeting, I can write or correct speeches on my notebook. Secondly, MW Travel offers really the cheapest cars in LV! I am so used to this service, that I can’t even imagine my work and leisure time in Vegas without MW!
2 weeks ago we ordered a ticket from Bertha from this agency, we mentioned we will upgrade it for business class later on, Bertha said its not a problem and the upgrade must be with United (the provider) we closed the deal with her and after few days we called United to ask about the upgrade and surprisingly found out she sold us a "wholesale" ticket, it means its a limited ticket with no option to change\\upgrade it even if you add money! the United representative mentioned this is how travel agent make more commission!we called Bertha asking for a solution, she waved us and refused to help, yesterday she claimed she "opened" the ticket with no cost so we could upgrade the ticket, today we called and did a conference call with her and United customers service, she claims they lie. now we are stuck with her ticket. no option to upgrade or change.TOTAL SCAM!

I was about to book a surprise trip for my anniversary online. Then I said to myself, "maybe that is not a good idea - what if something happens? What if we have flight problems, or get stranded in Mexico? Or need to speak with someone after I book it?" So, I called Vacation Planning Company and we talked price - turns out I was informed the hotel I was about to book on Expedia had very bad reviews. The agent gave me a few better properties, and the prices were the same! They even got me round-trip transportation to the airport during the trip. The agent ALSO gave me a direct email address and cell number in case anything happened during the trip. Well, as life goes, our return flight had issues - I text the agent and they helped get us on a new flight. Worked out great - HIGHLY recommend using an agent. I would have paid a premium for what they did.
