On top of trying to stay busy, employee the staff. Many people has increased stress and lack of finances so the onslaught of the groupon deals and the like have caused many businesses to have increased demand for production and the stress has caused I'm sure a breakdown at times of customer service. As consumers we want what we want when we want it, when we don’t get it we are dissatisfied and want someone to pay. So our scorn we be recanted many times. Please have consideration when posting about business especially small businesses it could mean the difference of staying open or going out of business. Be careful to really read reviews and see if the customer has contacted the business to fix the situation. If they have not there concern is not valid and is slanderous to the business by not allowing them to try and fix it first. Most small businesses have policies in place and many will gladly fix any dissatisfaction. If we want small businesses to succeed we must help them. Remember small businesses make up the majority of the workforce in America and they are run by mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, and real people not some big corporation. You see, we're not like the majority of homeowners who dislike HOAs and complain about their HOA on a regular basis. In fact, the two times we have purchased homes, we made sure that we purchased them in communities that have HOAs. It sounds absurd, but a well managed HOA usually means you are a living in a neighborhood that is well maintained. Have you seen the communities that have a hundred broken down cars sitting in front of it with their weeds overgrowing into your own yard? Yes, those places usually don't have HOAs. Since our new home is a new build, we have to build our landscaping from ground up and that also meant having to deal with the HOA in a different capacity. A capacity that we have never dealt with before.TERRI made this process for us less stressful. There were times when I would call her wanting an update, and she could tell I was a bit anxious. She always calmed my nerves and never judged my impatience. She kept me informed and up to date, and she worked tirelessly to ensure that we had everything we needed.TERRI and Camco - thank you for being an amazing advocate for the HOA, the builder as well as us - the homeowner. I wanted some shrubs put in my front yard. I wasn't familiar with the process and contacted CAMCO. I spoke with Josefina Nemerosky on several occasions. She was both pleasant and approachable. She answered my questions swiftly and accurately. As stated before, I was not familiar with the process, so I emailed her on several occasions with questions, and each time she was very pleasant and answered my questions. She made me feel as if my home was a priority for her and CAMCO. That's what I call Customer Service and an HOA that is concerned about their residents' quality of comfort and lifestyle. CAMCO does not gouge us monetarily, nor do they "over police" us. They have orchestrated a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere where residents can actually live and breathe. It's a very pleasant environment, and other HOA boards and staff should take a page out of CAMCO's book. Kudos to Josefina, CAMCO, and the entire CAMCO Team!
About a week ago, I was celebrating a friend's 55th Earthday in Vegas. After exploring pedicure and other spa services at our resort (Aria), we decided to visit Harmony. Here we discovered a well decorated oasis, friendly and skilled staff offering a plethora of reasonably priced services. Though the location might appear obscure, it is only a few miles from the main strip which translates into a short cab ride. The owner was even courteous enough to offer us ride to the front door of our resort after. Both my friend and I were impressed with the services offered, the kind owner and staff, in addition to the eclectic decor that made the place very welcoming. If you are visiting any of the 5 star resorts in Vegas, would like to receive wonderful spa services more reasonably priced than the resort and are open and receptive to new experiences...Harmony is the place. When in Vegas again, I will certainly revisit.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Global Housing Management has been involved in the last 8 reservations we have made. Every time they have been extremely courteous, even though I know we make a lot of changes. Our company sends basically the same representatives to each convention and YES, sometime we do need to make that last minute change. GHM Travel has told us that they would try their best to make these changes, but sometimes it??s either too close to check in, or they??re no rooms available. Global Housing Management has gone above and beyond to get me the necessary rooms. They have a great customer service department that works extremely hard to get the job done. I have recommended them to our other Vendors and have heard only great news back. GHM Travel again is an EXCELLENT company.
