I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a few people at the Verizon store on Tropical Pkwy in Centennial Hills. First of all, I went in for an upgrade and dealt with Danielle. She was so knowledgeable to the point that I as an IT guy felt like I was back in school. She really has managerial potential in my book. She spent a whole lot of time with me as I ask a ton of questions. So props to you Danielle on a job well done. Now to the General Manager Michael Raimondo. Mr. Raimondo also spent a bit of time with me as I like to deal with the higher ups whenever I have some important questions that only managers can answer regarding exceptions. He really took care of me with great customer service, and I am very appreciative to him for that. I know how busy they were, but I am kind of selfish when it comes to my phone and the accessories I purchase. So props to the both of you for a job well done. If I could only take this store and employees back to Los Angeles with me……By the way the store is huge and has an impressive display of phones and accessories, very clean and well run. I have been to these stores before and it felt like the DMV. Keep up the great work!!!Sincerely,Kenny P.

Smart FIX iPhone & Computer Repair
A+++, this guys are great. Brought my broken iPhone 6plus for repair. after i tried to fix it in another store and they couldn't fix it claiming my phone has to many dents and that the broken glass cannot be replaced on it as it will not sit correctly on the frame. i took it to smart fix for a second opinion and the store manager Essi checked the phone and said he can do it and i need to leave the phone for about 2 hours with him. i was sceptical but didn't had anything to loose so i gave him the green light. came back after 2 hours and the shattered glass was replaced and i could use the phone again, altho i realize that the dents on the phone not gonna go way but still the job was done very professional and i can use my phone again until i upgrade it in September, it was very quickly and the price was very competitive compering to other stores in the area. i will use them again if needed.

I came to this store when i was in vegas (im from california) and was extremely happy with the service i recieved from nick! Nick was very honest he explained to me why my bill was so high and explained to me ways i can get my bill to go down. That day i walked out with a tablet and he walked me step by step through the agreement as to just asking me to sign and hit next. He gave me his word that i would not be charged the one time fee for activating the tablet and he was very honest. I didnt get charged. As a sprint customer since 2012 i can say i was very satisfied ive never walked into a sprint store and have an employee take their job so seriously and act in such a professional way like nick did. Im very happy and when i go back to vegas and i ever have to go to a sprint store for whatever reason i will be going back to this one. THANK YOU NICK!!!! IM ONE VERY HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

AWESOME SAT CREWWENT TO STORE TO FIND FAN MOTOR NO. OFF OLD MOTOR. TOOK WHOLE ASSEMBLY IN WITH ME AND TOLD THEM I COULD FIND NO MODEL NO. OR SPECS. JAY SAID NO PROBLEM AND HE THREW WHOLE SQUIRREL CAGE FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR ON HIS WORK BENCH, LOOSENED BAND HOLDING MOTOR IN PLACE, SLID MOTOR A BIT AND WALLA ! THERE IT WAS. ANOTHER GUY GAVE JAY THE REPLACEMENT NO. OFF THE TOP OF HIS HEAD AND THE NEW MOTOR WAS IN FRONT OF ME IN SECONDS. JAY RECOMMENDED REPLACING FAN ALSO BECAUSE OF WARPING PROBLEMS BUT I OPTED FOR MOTOR ONLY. GOOD NEWS NEW MOTOR WORKED GREAT. BAD NEWS FAN MADE SAME RATTLING AND SHAKING AS BEFORE. I AM ON MY WAY BACK DOWN TO GET FAN BUT THE NEXT TIME THESE GUYS TALK I AM GOING TO LISTEN BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. Sears Appliance Repair
I hired Sears to repair my gas dryer. The appointment online was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were able to find an appointment to fit my schedule. The tech was able to diagnose the problem within two minutes and direct me to the person I needed to effectuate the repairs. Additionally, he showed me a trick to confirm whether the repair had indeed been fixed. He was honest, reliable, trustworthy, accurate, on time, and efficient. Initially, I hired another company because I thought Sears would be more expensive. Was I wrong! The other company charged more and failed to fix the problem. I won't make this mistake again. Go straight to Sears to get the job done right the first time and get back to your life. I highly recommend them!

Smart FIX iPhone & Computer Repair
Amazing shop to fix your broken iPhone and iPad screen. My iPhone 4 was broken for almost 3 months and i kept using it while the screen is shattered. My wife broke her iPad screen couple weeks ago also and she couldn't stand the look of her broken iPad, so she found Smartfix. i took both of our devices to Smartfix to get it fixed and they fixed it within couple hours. Our Apple devices is like new again thanks to Smartfix guys. i will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. By the way they gave a special price since i repaired to devices with them and the nice technician even throw me 2 screen protectors for free one for my iPhone and one for my wifs iPad.

Sears Appliance Repair
We have been working with a Warranty Company, not Sears, to fix our LG Refrigerator. After three months of excuses we called Sears. From the first call through both home visits, first to diagnose the problem, second to install parts Sears was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more professional courteous care. Our Refrigerator is working great and the techs who came to our house were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We canceled our other warranty and bought our service program through Sears again. Great to be back with Sears.

Raul is amazing! Knowledgeable, honest and fair! He is a hard working man with such charisma and education. He will not rip you off. He will give you the proper details as well as a visual! He has almost all parts on him and also gives you the option to just get an estimate with all the other alternative solutions! Such an honest, hard working man! He was able to come down same day and take a look into our dryer, oven and refrigerator all in one day for a low low cost! Thank you Raul!

Sears Appliance Repair
I had a problem with my LG front load washer. It would not drain the water because it was clogged from the remnants of a floor rug. The technician that came out was totally professional and took the machine completely apart to clear the drain hose that was inside of the machine. He was amazing and I learned allot about what was inside of my front load machine. I really appreciate my technician that came out. This is the first time that I could rate very high on a service call.

Sprint Store
Sprint has always taken care of my needs. Whether it be sprint.com, sprint on the phone, or sprint store. This has been one of my favorite stores in town. However, all Sprint associates I have encountered are knowledgable, and very helpful. I have had Sprint service for over 15 years. They have taken care with any issues I may have had such as children using internet, overages, etc... I would recommend ANY sprint store and Sprint service where it is available.
Tips & Advices
