I have been with Costello Realty & Management for several years now and all I can say is they are THE BEST! Everyone that works there is kind, considerate and very knowledgeable of the industry. I have 1 rental property with them and it has been a breeze. I tried being a landlord prior to hiring Costello Realty & Management and it was not easy. This company assisted in finding a great tenant, has handled numerous repair issues promptly, and communicates with me whenever it is necessary. Rent payments are deposited right on time and reports are provided monthly as well as annually for taxes. I am always reminded when a lease is up. Advice is provided regarding rental amounts in the area to assist me in deciding what to do about potentially raising the rent - or not. Intermittent home inspections are handled. I have recommended this company to others and will continue to do so. I firmly stand behind everyone at Costello Realty & Management, as they are absolutely THE BEST!

Purchased a motorhome in August. Due to the reviews I had a 3rd party tech look at the rv and perform repairs before I closed the deal. Glad I did because I would have probably been stuck on the side of the road and not had a working generator. When I went to pick it up, the screen for the dinette area was missing and the water panel controls were broken. Was promised these things would be shipped to me. After 6 weeks of not getting the parts I called and spoke with Monica, she assured me she would look into it and get back to me, she never called me back. I had to call multiple times to get any results. I was told the screen was shipped and given multiple excuses by Monica and Junior as to why it has taken so long but weeks later no screen. Finally they managed to pull themselves together and send the wrong screen which had become warped because it was put in a box with no packaging. I called Monica AGAIN and she gave me more excuses and promised to get back to me, this was weeks ago and I still havent heard from them. Monica and the staff in the parts department are either incompetent or they are trying to screw people over by not giving them the parts promised. In addition, it looked like the table in the rv and the screen I was sent didnt quite fit, it appears that they take parts from the other RVs on the lot so if you are thinking of taking your rv here for consignment, dont because things will probably go missing. Worst customer service ever, these people are liars and cheaters!

We recently moved out of one of their properties just to find out that they quietly and quite aggressively changed the language when we had renewed our lease 2 years back. The new lease terms now required a 60-day move out notice as opposed to the original 30 days. This cost us $1,300. I am concerned at how many other tenants will get caught up in this trap. I made the mistake of using DocuSign and not thoroughly reading it first so I have to take the initial blame. But I feel their actions were unethical, slimy and underhanded. My husband and I tried on 3 different occasions to give notice starting at 67 days out. Not even thinking we had to do it that early. We left the house immaculate in absolute pristine condition. The gentleman doing the walk through said, " I can not find one thing wrong". That made it hurt so much more to get burned in this manner.

Horrible communication issues throughout this establishment. Went a few days without a/c in July. I also went a week without being able to use one side of the sink because of a rotted garbage disposal. And now the water heater went out. Our family won't have hot water for another few days. This company has too many properties to take care of and not enough people to handle the problems. NEVER AGIAN!!!

Horrible people we rented a property from them and when there was a problem they send out uncertified unqualified people to fix it over and over again and when you complain they kick you out with your kids and all at the end of the first lease

I have rent RV on June, 2017. when I return RV, one employee walked around inspecting RV and checked everything and she said there were no problem for RV, deposit will be refunded in 3-5 business days and both I and Sahara RV signed on paper. we also have customer invoice SRV-5685 that is about refundable deposit ($1000). however, Sahara RV sent email 3 days after when we returned RV. they said there were several damages they found and asked us what happened it. but we also did not know it anything. if RV had damaged, they had to tell us at inspection and before I and they signed on paper. I still do not get my deposit back. I emailed them about it, they said I caused damage so they take my deposit. I still keep in touch with Sahara RV. I recommend never rent RV at Sahara RV, they will take your deposit.

This is a horrible company. Beware unless you want to be sexually harassed, stolen from, and given a 30 day notice after they rent a house that has never been inspected and ends up condemned by the state of Nevada. They will hang up on you when you call for repairs, they will pretend like they have no concept of the law, and they will treat you like the absolute scum of the earth. I caution anyone who rents through this company. I am a CCSD teacher, have always paid rents on time, keep my housing clean, and rarely have ever needed to report problems. If they can make a person like me run screaming for the hills, you bet I am not the only person's life they have made miserable. Stay clear and do not deal with these slumlords.

BEWARE, This place is a SCAM. They offer free nights and act nice but then when you leave they charge you for "damages". This way they get the $190 that it would cost if we paid. What I coincidence that three rooms broke our fridge. We have still not seen any evidence that this even happened. A couple of us went there on a business trip. A couple days after we left they charged $190 for "damages". When we left we took pictures and everything was perfect. Then they claim to have pictures of damage in each room. Why would we break the exact same thing in four different rooms? We never even used the refrigerator and they claim we broke it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, unless you want a bill after you leave for stuff you didn't do. We will never return here and we have cancelled all future reservations that we had already made. Our associates will also be doing the same.
