Great Experience ! This was the first time we hired a painting contractor for our homes exterior and I will say from the estimate with Nick to the job and follow up with Miguel the Affordable Painters team was professional, courteous and took the time to go over the aspects of the job and make solid recommendations. I was very busy with work through the whole job and for a couple of weeks after and was not able to do a thorough inspection of the completed job until recently . When I did have the time I found just a couple of areas of concern and reached out to Dustin via email. He responded with in a day and literally had a guy out the following day to touch up the areas I had told him about. I believe customer satisfaction and loyalty is built on the initial service , but I really believe it is solidified on how after the fact situations are handled. I will definitely use these guys again for any future painting jobs and would definitely recommend them. On a side note I ran into Chris the painter Dustin sent out for the touch ups when I got home and he was more than willing to go over the house with me to look for any other areas I might have concerns with. Professional, friendly and sincerely concerned that I was happy with the job done. Thanks guys ! AFFORDABLE DRYWALL REPAIR DID OWESOME JOB !!!

They were supposed to be at my house at 1:00 by 1:15 they still weren't there so I called she said they were 5 min away it took them another 15 min to show up. I scheduled them 3 hours because I wasn't sure how long it would take to clean my 3 bedroom house mind you I told them only clean two rooms and the house she said no worries about the time I will just pay for what they work. 3 hours was 98$ it ended up only taking them 2 hours to clean and they still charged me for 3. I went into the guest bathroom after it had been cleaned and behind the door along the whole back several inches out along the floor was still hair and crud I took a tissue and wiped the floor it came up black when I told her no one cleaned the floor she said they did... she went back and cleaned it again. They finished at two hours I was charged for 3 they left. I went into the master bathroom there was still soap scum on the shower walls and floor. I have dark brown granite so you can't miss the soap scum and it was there. I looked at the counter again its granite I could still see dry drops of water... It had never even been wiped off!!!! I was so furious after they left I was over charged and it wasn't even cleaned properly. Will never use there service again.

Ok so after reading the reviews the negative ones they probably got evicted or caused problems here...I came from Alaska and had to do everything online. So we all know that you can make anything look good online...but I have to say when I got here I was impressed how they look online is how they look....very nice and clean...staff is on point..polite..helpful..and get the job done..and maintenance is awesome.. put in a request it is done same day or next day.. the place is immaculate they clean around here constantly 7 days a week you will see them cleaning...And Bernice (bernie) you do a awesome job not to mention very kind...thr only thing bad I could say does not have to do with staff maintenance or housekeeping..it has to do with the tenantslipper who let their dogs crap everywhere and do not clean up after them...you all nasty...but I have to say Bernice be on it next day cleaning up behind your pets...I don't understand this cuz the provide poop bags for you to clean up..just lazy....ANYWAYS THANK YOU TO STAFF EXPECIALLY MIMI...MAINTENANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING...EXPECIALLY BERNICE..JOB WELL DONE THANK YOU FROM JACKIE&JOHNNY WARREN

Julie and I had an immediate connection because of her innate kindness and her caring. She understood the fear and worry I was experiencing and told me to turn it over to her. As you know there are many firms out there who say that they can help and all they do is take more money from a homeowner who is already in trouble and vanish. This was a fear of mine until I spoke to her. She was very detailed about what she did, answered all of my questions and responded to every e-mail or phone message I sent her. I found this to be amazing with the volume I knew she was handling and I appreciated her treating me in such a special way. Julie treated me as though the home was her own and that is what made her such a pleasure to work with. I genuinely thought that she cared and she has shown me that she does throughout our relationship together. Sometimes it was just a voicemail asking how I was doing or offering just to talk. This was over and beyond the call of duty and I want you and her to know how deeply I appreciated her always being there for me. I am glad that there is resolution to my case but I will miss working with my pal.

A Best Tub & Tile Repair
Technician reponded timely to house call. Reported the surface was undergoing stress cracks and in need of resurfacing. I noticed the fiberglass webbing material was exposed and softened from wear & tear and in need of repair soon or disaster could strike! The resufacing that the technician did made the tub look like new and am very pleased with result. Now I am no longer in a worry if it is going to fail catostrophically soon. I can shower/bath with confidence with my 'look like new' tub. Tub was about 12 years old and in need of repair/replaced. replacement costs could be 3-4K! Set price of $265 for a standard tub, more for larger ones. It took a couple days waiting time for new coating to set and the smell (chemical/resin kind) was strong. I ran the fan in the bathroom for 2-3 hours along with window open, ceiling fan running to air out and was able to sleep in adjacent bedroom that night. 2 days later the coating was completely dry and 1st shower was GREAT!! If the price is right for you, then I recommend the service! Cash or check only! No credit cards.

Loreto Apartments
Before I write my intended review, I wanted to say how surprised I am by the two below....they seem a bit exaggerated to say the least. This is one of the nicer buildings in the Centennial Hills area. I could have moved anywhere, but this is like a mini resortI wanted to take this time to compliment the staff at the Loreto and Palacio apartments. I have been living here for over 7 months,and from the Manager (Neoma) to the rental office (Yvonne in particular) and maintenance crew (Louie, Greg and Jimmy), I could not be more satisfied with the way they run things. I am a very picky tenant, so when I spot things I notify them, and they get them fixedin a timely manner. Like any place this one runs into problems now and then, but with the work ethic I see from everyone here I believethey strive to make the apartment I live at as pleasant an experience as I could ever want. I do not write reviews often, and I takepride in putting my name behind them, so I feel pretty good about this one. Thank you to all the above mentioned.Sincerely,Kenny P.

New Freedom Properties, LLC
We used New Freedom Properties recently to remodel our condo. The scope of the work included demolition of walls with drywall repair following, removal of a fireplace insert, installation of second layer of drywall plus soundproofing compound to party walls, various plumbing work including modifications to accommodate stackable washer/dryer, paint throughout (walls, ceiling, baseboard), new flooring and baseboard, new door hinges and hardware and other assorted items. Their proposal for the project was reasonably priced, completed within the estimated time frame and we were very satisfied with the results. They gave us suggestions both before and during the process which resulted in a better look than we would have been able to achieve without their assistance. Throughout the process they were very accommodating to our requests for minor changes. The people associated with New Freedom were always unfailingly courteous and pleasant to us. I would use their services in the future and would recommend them to others without reservation.

You would never find better service anywhere! We are new to Las Vegas and when transferring our insurance from CA to NV, we found Brian in the Yellow Pages. That was great luck for us! We had everything explained that we hadn't quite understood before, and really had an overall great experience there. Brian took so much time recommending businesses that he personally uses, and so far we have been very pleased with those dealings as well. We actually look forward to visiting his office and learned more about our new city than we thought possible in two weeks. We do consider him a friend at this point and cannot stress strongly enough that a visit with him could save you a lot of money and know that you have the proper coverage for both auto and home. Brian is fair about how much coverage you need as well as what you don't need. Needless to say, we are very pleased with his service and would recommend his service to all of my good friends and acquaintences as well.

This is a great gated community to live at. There is lots of parking, easy transportation accessible. They accept pets which is a wonderful thing since I'm an animal lover. Exceptional staff members and very attentive customer service. They also have a fantastic handyman who attends to maintenance issues in a very timely manner. I moved out here from out of state and was so thrilled to find this place to call my home. Not only is this place kept clean but it isn't runned down like these other places I had been to, they all had that motel feeling to it. I LOVE living here. Plus the gardner comes twice a week and not to mention the most important thing that just makes me soo much more happier, it's a BUG FREE!!! building. You should check it out for yourself, I can go on and on about all the great things this place has to offer but you need to get out here to see it for yourself. I give it two thumbs up.

Sasha was referred to my wife and I by our realtor. We moved from LA and bought a penthouse at Turnberys. We loved the place but wanted to spruce it up a little bit. Our realtor suggested that we call Sasha, an interior designer that he highly recommended. We liked her as soon as we met her. She was easily to talk to and very informative. Initially, we just wanted to furnish our place, but she suggested we update the floors, kitchen and bathroom, so we just went for it. It also helped that she had her own crew of workers. We told her we wanted a contemporary look but we didn't know how to get it; so we just let her run with it. We love our place. I never thought it could look this amazing, and she stayed within budget. We would highly recommend her.
